The Transformative Power of the Resurrection

…And what is the exceeding greatness of his power to us-ward who believe, according to the working of his mighty power, which he wrought in Christ, when he raised him from the dead, and set him at his own right hand in the heavenly places.  Ephesians 1: 19,20

I’m in awe at how many believers just don’t understand the resurrection. It’s the intentional and strategic act of the powers of darkness, who bring the way of truth into disrepute, to keep Jesus on the cross. The empty tomb is the eternal validation of the power and supremacy of Christ. Without the empty tomb, without the resurrection, your hope and faith is in vain. It is the singular event of all time. We’re going to talk about resurrection power. Everybody tracking? The wolves lose. If you didn’t know, I’ll give you the spoiler alert now. The wolves lose at the end of the day.

I saw this powerful picture and I that’s all I was thinking about all week. It was like a old medieval painting and it was a lamb with a little golden halo thing over his head, you know, like they would do in the in the dark ages and it there’s about five or six wolves each with their mouth on it. Black wolves just ripping at it. And I’m looking at the image I’m, like, they don’t stinking win, right? The wolves lose. They didn’t know that their own their own defeat was contained within the fact that they thought that they could slay the lamb.

But what they didn’t understand is that the lamb was worthy to receive all glory and power and honor and praise both now and forever more. And that was their very singular defeat; it was the one thing that they thought that they could overcome him with. Right? So, it is the convergence of the culmination of all of our human experience, the greatest single event in all of human history, the singular event to which all your hope is secured and unto which all your faith is upheld. the assurance of the certainty of the first fruits of the second coming of Jesus Christ and all the manifold wisdom and majesty and goodness of God for all of creation to bear witness to and for all the heavenly host to give glory for, is the power and the purpose of the resurrection. Everybody tracking? Yes. Everything in human history, even in the cosmos, in all of creation, that means all the celestial hosts, who knows how long they’ve been around, the culmination of all of it, is contained within the resurrection of Jesus Christ. It is our sword. It is our shield. It is our boast.

Anybody who says, “Bro, you shouldn’t be so boastful.” I’m like, “Really? Let the wise man boast in this.” That is understanding. You know what? I will boast that I know my God. You better believe I have a boast. The boast is the power of the resurrection. And he says that same power is in you that God exerted to raise his own son from the dead. I will boast in the completed work of Jesus Christ. Nothing else. I won’t boast in strength. I won’t boast in wisdom. I won’t boast in anything else. But I will boast that I know my God and the power of the resurrection of Jesus Christ. Tracking? Amen.

It is our strength and our fearlessness as well as our every source of humility and meekness and submission. It is God’s eternal taunt and his crown of victory over all of his enemies as well as the exertion of the supremacy of Christ in all things to all things for all things through all things. This is the vexation of the powers of darkness and the silencer of all the religiously haughty: The resurrection. 1 John 3:8 says this: “The reason the son of God appeared was to destroy the devil’s work.” Has anybody told you that? I thought according to K-Love, it was to make you feel super special about yourself. The son of God was manifest for this reason, that you might feel super-duper special about yourself and have some healing bond for your own wretchedness? That’s not what it says. The Son of Man was made manifest for this reason, that he might destroy the works of the evil one.

Matthew 10:34 says, “Think not that I’ve come to bring peace.” Oh, my listeners, my disciples, my apostles, you’re misunderstanding my entire posture. I didn’t come to bring peace. I came to bring a sword. 1 Corinthians 15 says this regarding Christ Jesus. The end will come when God the Father when Jesus hands over the kingdom to God the Father after he has destroyed all dominion and authority and a power for he must reign until he’s put all of his enemies under his feet. Guess what the last enemy is to be destroyed? And the last enemy to be destroyed is death. This is the power of the devil and of Satan that Christ Jesus came to completely obliterate as a masterful warrior king. Galatians 1 3-5 says this. Grace and peace to you from God our father and Lord Jesus Christ who gave himself for our sins to rescue us from this present evil age according to the will of God our father.

Colossians 1:13, Jesus has rescued us from the dominion of darkness and brought us into the kingdom of the son he loves and whom we have the redemption, the forgiveness of sins. Revelation 17:14, these will rage war against the lamb. I’m going to give you, I’m going to keep giving you a spoiler alert, but the lamb has overcome if you didn’t know that. The lamb has overcome. The wolves lose because he is lord of lords and he is king of kings. And those who are with him are the called, the chosen, and the faithful. Romans 16:20, the God of peace will soon crush Satan under your feet. Under whose feet? Under. Under your feet. He’s going to crush Satan under your feet. Malachi 4. Then it’ll be ashes under the soles of your feet. All the wicked and evildoers will be ashes under the sole of your feet. Why? Because they already are under Christ’s feet. That’s right.

And if Christ is in you and you are in him and he is in the father as he’s in him and there’s all this crazy amazing intermixing things going on of full unity with Christ Jesus. That’s why Satan himself, the destruction of the devil is actually going to go under the soles of your feet. This is the power of the resurrection. Romans 8:38 through 39 says this, “I am convinced of this. I’m convinced of the sufficiency of the risen King Jesus that neither death nor life, nor angels, nor principalities, nor things present, nor things to come, nor powers, nor height, nor death, nor any created thing.” What do you think that covers? Nor any created thing. You think that might kind of be all inclusive? Yes. Nothing will be able to separate you from the love of God which is in Christ Jesus our Lord.

And again, if you don’t seem to  be able to fully grasp it yet, I’ll tell you again the spoiler alert. If you can’t discern it yet, the wolves lose! The power of the resurrection. Did you hear all those things? Yeah. The wolves lose. They lost. They did lose his He has rescued. He has delivered. He has It’s all done. It’s all past tense. This is the power of the resurrection. The power that we were commanded biblically. You must know the power of the resurrection and live out from the resurrection. Jesus Christ literally came to hunt the wolves to kill the counterfeit lion to take back the keys and to take up his own life to give you and me a hope and a certainty.

A hope and a certainty. It’s not a wish. Let the pagans wish for stuff. I don’t wish for anything. I’m confident in it. I hope in it because it is secure. Because the tomb is empty. Beloved, he came to give us a certainty of a glorification to assert his immutable, unfathomable goodness and righteousness and justice and love for all of eternity in glory.  Listen closely to John 10:11-20. Again, I’m in awe, sadly in awe, in the wrong wrong kind of awe at how many believers I believe they’re in the faith. I believe they have salvation, but they just don’t understand the resurrection. It’s because of the infiltration, the powers of darkness, the secret doctrines of demons. It’s because of Catholicism and Cabalism and Talmudism and Judaism and the Judaizers. There’s a reason why we don’t know the power of the resurrection because they keep them on the cross.

Everybody tracking? Anybody seen the iconography and all these different denominations which are all Catholic? I don’t care if they’re Methodist. I don’t care if they’re Lutheran. I don’t care if they’re whatever. They’re all Catholic. They intentionally, because it’s the strategic act of the powers of darkness that bring the way of truth into disrepute, keep Jesus on the cross. Which is why nobody knows the power of the resurrection. That’s right. The cross is empty. There’s nobody on it. The tomb is empty. There’s nobody in it. This is the power of the resurrection that has been strategically removed   from your lives; that we must know and understand, because it is the glory of all of heaven forever and ever. Everybody tracking? Okay, that’s as much as I’ll talk about that because I’ll you’ll have a three-hour who knows what.

Listen closely. John 10 11-20. I am the good shepherd. The good shepherd lays down his life for his sheep. Okay, here he’s he’s talking about the resurrection or the crucifixion. Watch where he takes it. The hired hand is not the shepherd and does not own the sheep. So when he sees the wolf coming, he abandons the sheep and he runs away. And then the wolf attacks and scatters the flock. My king is the hunter of wolves if you didn’t know. The man runs away because he is a hired hand and he cares nothing for the sheep. The reason my father loves me, the reason my father loves me is that I laid down my life only to take it back up again.

Did you hear that? Yes. Did you hear the reason why the father loves the son and why the son is the good shepherd and why the wolves that come in and all these hired hands and try to scare the flock. They have no power because he says I’m the good shepherd and I have come to hunt the wolves. I will lay down my life for my sheep and then I will testify to my consumate victory because I have the power to take it back up again. And that’s why my father is so pleased and delighted in who I am. The resurrection. It’s because of the resurrection. No one takes my life from me, but I lay it down. How’s that for a warrior king? He’s like: You think anybody is? Nobody taking my life from me, boy. I choose to lay it down by my free will cuz I came to destroy the works of the devil. And you are all being savaged by it day in and day out. I came to make war because I came to hunt the wolves because I love you and I love my father and this is his will that I should lay down my life and then I should exert my power and my authority by demonstrating I have the power to take  it back up again.

That’s right. He said I have authority to lay it down and I have authority to take it up again. This is the command I received from my father. Of course, the Jews who heard these words were again divided, just like many Christians are. Many of them said, “He’s demon possessed and he’s raving mad. He just told you his mission set.” And they go, “The guy is insane. He’s demon possessed. Why listen to him?” He said, “I am the good shepherd. I know my sheep and my sheep know me. Just as my father knows me and I know the father, I laid down my life for my sheep. The Lord God Almighty through Christ Jesus literally came to hunt the wolves as a good shepherd with a rod and his staff so that you might have a certainty of a hope, a certainty of freedom, a certainty of the resurrection and the glorification forever more. The enemy is defanged. He’s declawed and you have been made alive. Colossians 2:13-15. And you who were dead in your   trespasses and uncircumcised in your flesh, God made alive together with   him, having forgiven all of our trespasses by cancelling the record of debt that stood against us in its legal demands. This he set aside, nailing it to the cross. He disarmed the rulers and the authorities and put them to open shame by trumping triumphing over them. They are disarmed. They are  defanged and you’ve been made alive.

The resurrection. Matthew 10:16 says, “Behold, I am sending you out as sheep amid the wolves.” Sheep amidst wolves, but your sheep under the power and the protection of the good shepherd who literally came to hunt the wolves. That’s the power of the resurrection. The counterfeit lion who’s seek seeking who he may destroy. But the resurrection, death and sin, seeking to enslave and taunt and devour you. But the resurrection, the enemy plots and schemes and deceives in the masses. But the resurrection, this is the centrality of all of your human experience. The resurrection is literally the entirety of God’s will, plan, power, and purpose for humanity from before the foundations of  the earth and for the glorification and his magnification forever more. From everlasting to everlasting. How long is that? Anybody? How long is that? It’s so powerful. However, a great reductionism has occurred in the faith where the centrality of our Christian calling election has actually commanded us to stop at the cross. Have you noticed that?

Have you listened to the language out there and the song out there? How many of you have come out of a seeker friendly church or a church growth model emerging church? Probably a majority of you. And you will hear the same liturgy week after week. Go to the cross. Go to the cross. Go to the cross. Go to the cross. Go to the cross.

Have you ever thought to look up? There’s nobody on it. There’s nobody on it. Have you looked over? The stone is rolled away. There’s nobody in it. The cross went somewhere, beloved. It didn’t stop at the cross. Only the enemy wants you to stop at the cross so that you never walk in the power of what Christ actually came to do, which to make you immortal, imperishable. The corruptible puts on the incorruptible. The perishable puts on the imperishable. The mortal puts on the immortal. And you have a hope of holiness and righteousness and a right standing before a holy God because the tomb is empty and the seat is reoccupied. Everybody tracking?

The cross as unfathomable as it is was just the beginning. The cross was redemptive. The cross was reconciling. Praise God. But you know what? The cross couldn’t do what it didn’t do. It didn’t restore. It redeemed and it reconciled, but it didn‘t quite restore. Redemptive, being saved from sin and error, reconciliation…repairing a separation from a broken relationship.

But the empty tomb and the reoccupied seat of the father, that is inconceivable. The empty tomb that is restoration to a right relationship with the father. Renewed, whole, redeemed, it’s done. Reconciled, it’s done. Restoration, that is your eager anticipation. And it is a certainty and a hope because the linens were folded and the tomb is empty. The empty tomb is the eternal validation of the power and supremacy of Christ. Everybody tracking? Without the empty tomb, without the resurrection, your hope and faith is in vain. It was the multi-dimensional proof and the power of all that God had ever said, all that he had ever promised, all that had ever been prophesied, and all that he had ever assured the inhabitants of the earth. It was the culmination of everything he whispered in the ears of the prophets. It was the culmination of everything that the angels longed to look into to try to understand what God was talking about.

It was the resurrection and nobody understood it, and now it is done. It confirmed his identity and his bonafides to both save and restore and conquer and rule and reign over all of creation. It is the singular event of all time. The resurrection is your all and all as it is forever his all in all to his glorification.

A little side note, if you haven’t noticed through the scriptures, both the Father and the Son had the power and were forgiving sins before the cross. Everybody understand that? Redemption. It was redemptive. But it says all throughout the scriptures about those who were dead longing for the thing they didn’t understand, which was the resurrection. He said, “Your sins be forgiven. Your sins be forgiven so that you know that I have power.” Oh, it wasn’t enough for you that I healed that   guy. Okay. What’s easier to say your sins be forgiven or heal that? I’ll tell you what, I’ll heal them just for you jokers. You phariseical joke. I’ll heal them just for But the harder thing is to say your sins are forgiven, right? They’re forgiving sins before the cross. The cross was because it went somewhere. The cross was because it went to Sheol.

The Sheol was because it went to the preaching of the captives. To preaching the captives was so that he could exert his power and take his own life back up again and reoccupy the right hand of the seat of God. The power was the resurrection because the resurrection is unto our restoration to the fullness of a relationship with God for all of eternity.

Colossians 1:13-23 declares the fullness of Jesus in a very concise clean statement. For he has rescued us from the dominion of darkness and brought us into the kingdom of the son he loves and whom we have redemption the forgiveness of sins. One the son is the image of the invisible God and the firstborn over all creation. For in him all things were created, things in heaven and on earth, visible and invisible, whether thrones or powers or rulers or authorities. All things have    been created through him and for him. Why? Why do you guys always get all worked up about what the globally elite are doing? It’s like, do you not know your God? I mean, yeah, it sucks. We need to be informed, right? We need to brace for impact. We need to be prudent. My God has dominion over all thrones and all powers and all authorities and nothing has ever changed about that. I digress. He is before all things and in him all things hold together. And he is the head of the body, the church. He is the beginning and the firstborn among the dead. So that in everything he might have supremacy.

He’s even the firstborn of the resurrection. That’s why nobody was allowed to experience before. So that he had supremacy even in that over all things. For God was pleased to have all of his fullness dwell in him and through him to reconcile to himself all things. So, he’s already said the redemption. Now he’s addressed the reconciliation. But he said Christ was the first fruits of the resurrection. He goes on to say, “Whether things on earth or things in heaven by making peace through his blood shed on the cross, once you were alienated from God and you were enemies in your mind because of your evil behavior, but now he has reconciled you by Christ’s physical body through death to present you holy in his sight, without blemish, and free from accusation. Restoration, redemption, reconciliation.

The resurrection! There’s your restoration. That’s what everybody has been in eager anticipation of, eagerly awaiting for. This is the fullness of the gospel that the prophets and the angels long to look into, that their spirit saw at a distance dimly, but they could not fully grasp.

Even 2 Timothy 1:9-10 says this, “He has saved us and called us to a holy life, not because of anything we have done, but because of his own purpose and grace.” This grace was given to us in Christ Jesus before the beginning of time. Are you guys Are you guys understanding this? I’m not a Calvinist, but there’s something going on here that God foreknew like he knew. He knew exactly what was going down before the beginning of time. He knew. He foreknew who was going to be his, who was going to receive him, who was going to accept him by their free will. So that nullifies Calvinism by their but he foreknew who was going to receive him. He says before the beginning of  time, this was the purpose and grace of God. But it has now been revealed to you through the appearing of Christ Jesus, our savior. Because of the resurrection, now you know the resurrection affirmed it all. He has destroyed death and brought life and immortality to light through the gospel. This is the hope that everything’s set on.

The ultimate will of the Lord God Almighty and all of his intents and purposes through Jesus was always the resurrection. His resurrection for our resurrection. John 6:35-34 through 40 says this. Then Jesus declared, “I am the bread of life. Whoever comes to me will never go hungry, and whoever believes in me will never be thirsty. But as I told you, you have seen me, and still you don’t believe. All those the Father gives me will come to me. And whoever comes to me, I will never drive away.” How’s that for an amen? Never. He’ll never drive you away.

“For I have come down from heaven, not by my will, but to do the will of him who sent me. and this is the will of him who sent me”. I love how concise  the scripture is. I love when people are like I don’t know what God’s will is for my life or I don’t know. I’m like I can tell you. I can tell you not in spiritual righteousness allrightiness or vanity. I can tell you because he says it’s so plain. He even says what Jesus God’s will for Jesus was. He says, “This was the mission set of my son, and this is the will of him who sent me that I shall lose none of all those he has given me but raise them up at the last day.”

That was always plan A.

The resurrection was always plan A. It was his resurrection so that we have a certainty of our resurrection. That was the will of his father. For my father’s will is that everyone who looks to the son and believes in him shall have eternal life and I will raise them up at the last day. It is the mission set of Jesus and his good pleasure because it was the mission set of the father, and it was his good pleasure always plan A. This was always the entirety of the majesty of the Lord. There is no plan B that’s being implemented here as so many teach these days like: ‘oh there was the fall so God scrambled to make a mission set for his son to kind of redeem it because he didn’t know that we were going to reject him he didn’t know we were going to sin he didn’t know that the third of the angels  that already rebelled were going to tempt Eve and Adam in the garden and then bring about the he didn’t know so my God’s not all knowing he’s not all powerful’. That’s actually what’s taught in the seeker- friendly church is disgusting that God has this plan for redemption. As if he didn’t know it was always the plan.

It was always planned, foreknown before the beginning of the foundations of the earth. For to crush him. Foreknown to bruise him. For this because he was foreknown for resurrection, because we were foreknown for resurrection. So that he might be glorified and magnified from everlasting to everlasting. The power, the display of the power once and for all time. Acts two says, “This man was handed over to you by God’s deliberate plan and foreknowledge, and with the help of wicked men, you put him to death by nailing him to the cross. But God raised him from the dead, you fools.” Okay, you fools. You That was always the plan. That was always the definite plan and foreknowledge of God. John 5:1 19-21 says this, “For the father loves the son and shows him all he does. Yes, he will show him even   greater works than these so that you will be amazed. For just as the Father raises the dead and gives him life, so even the Son gives life to whom he is pleased to give it, that you might be amazed. That you might be amazed at the forgiveness of sins. Not just the forgiveness of sins, that’s redemption.   That you might be amazed at a at a healed relationship, at emerging, that separation. That’s reconciliation. Oh, no. Not that you just would be amazed at that, but that you would be in awe for all of eternity. The restoration that I will be your God and you will be my people, and never will you have to depart from my presence, and I’ll wipe away all tears from your eyes. There’ll be no more death. There’ll be no more sorrow. There’ll be nothing – no such thing – because of the power of the resurrection.

This is all that the Lord wants his people to know and understand. It is our blessed hope, beloved. It is the glorification that we have a certainty of because of the resurrection. Something the wicked and the rebels of old will never taste nor see. They’ll only gnash their teeth at it from afar. It is a distinction for all of eternity. Which is why Philippians 3:18 through 21 says this: ‘For as I often told you before, and now I’ll tell you again, even with many tears, many live as enemies of the cross of Christ. It sucks, right? I don’t get it. I don’t get why most believers actually live as enemies of the cross. Their destiny is destruction. Their God is their stomach. Their glory is to their shame. Their minds are set on earthly things.

But our citizenship is in heaven which we eagerly await a savior from there. The Lord Jesus Christ who by the power that enables him to bring everything under his control will transform our lowly bodies so that we will be like his glorious body. That’s the power of the resurrection. the coming glorification of these bodies transformed to be just like his. First John 3 says the same thing. What great love the father has lavished on us that we should be called children of God. And that is what we are. And he goes, “Dear friends, we are now children of God. And what we will be has not yet been made known.” But I’m telling you, because the tomb is empty, I’m telling you, we know that when Christ appears, we shall be like him, for we shall see him as he is. We shall see him in his glory, and we will be just like him in his glory.

This is the power of the resurrection. The crucifixion wasn’t the endgame. The crucifixion was the only way, the necessary way to the power and the supremacy of the resurrection. Listen to how clearly 1 Corinthians 15:12-19 lays out the power and the purpose of the stone being rolled away and the  linens being folded. “Now, if Christ is proclaimed as raised from the dead, then how can some of you say that there is no resurrection from the dead? But if there is no resurrection from the dead, then not even Christ was raised. And if Christ has not been raised, then our preaching is in vain and your faith is in vain.” Do you guys realize that? That’s why the enemy wants to keep you at the cross instead of living out from the resurrection. Because if you’re not living out from the power of the resurrection, everything you say and all your faith and all your preaching and all your testimony and all your witness is in vain because you just go, “Go to the cross. Go to the cross. Go to the cross. Go to the cross.” No, we live out from the resurrection so that our preaching in our faith is not in vain.

We are even found, he goes on to say, we are even found to be misrepresenting God if we’re teaching that there is no resurrection because we testified that God raised Christ. And if Christ has not been raised again, your faith is futile and you are still stuck in your sins. You are still dead in your sins without the resurrection. Those who have fallen asleep in Christ have perished. If in Christ we have hope and this life only, we are most we are of all people most to be pitied. He says if there’s no crucifixion, I mean if there’s no resurrection, if it’s only about the crucifixion, everything is vain. You are more to be pitied than anybody else. You want to know why? Because you go about like one and mourning your entirety of your life. You want to know why? Because you deny your flesh, but you have no hope because there’s no recognition. So, so you don’t get anything out of this world and you’re not getting anything for all of eternity because there’s no resurrection. So, you might as well feed your flesh.

If you’re a believer and you’re walking solely out from the crucifixion of Jesus Christ and you have not come into an understanding of the beauty and the majesty and the power of the resurrection, you’re more to be pitied than everybody else on the face of the earth. That’s how significant knowing the weight of the resurrection truly is. The crucifixion brings hope in this life only. The resurrection is a certainty of glory for all of  eternity. And it is a hope that will not because it cannot ever disappoint you. As you’ve heard me say many times, and I will continue to magnify and proclaim without ever wearying the glory of God and the manifestation of his immutable qualities, the mission set of Jesus and everything about the entirety of the word and the gospel unto the greatest single event in human history and all of creation and for all time is the fact that God veiled in flesh went to the cross and then the cross went somewhere. I say it all the time.

The cross was a means to an end -it was tactical, beloved. It’s war. It’s war. It’s multi-dimensional cosmic asymmetric hybrid warfare. If they would have known, they would have never crucified the king of glory. They had no clue what they were doing. They fought thought for certain as the darkness swirled around them at the cross. They’re gnashing their teeth and they’re mocking him. Can you picture what was going on there? The mocking and the laughter and the torment of Christ as he’s hanging there bleeding out and they’re just lording over him and lording over him and blah blah and they didn’t know it was a tactically failed maneuver for a tactical decapitation because the cross took Christ to Sheol where he preached to the captives and he punched that counterfeit lion in his stupid mouth and shattered all of  his teeth and defanged him and he took the power of the keys and the death of Hades back and he had the power to take his own life up again. He said, “I win, you lose.” That’s right. And then he sat down like any good victor would and put his feet up. Now what? Do your worst. That’s what the cross did.

The cross went somewhere. The cross led to a cancellation of our legal indebtedness, which led to Sheol, which led to the most gnarly, fearsome sermon I can ever imagine. I don’t know what he said down there, but he preached something I can’t even imagine. the king of all glory. All those fallen angels reserved in chains and all their co they’re entering in the earth inside the earth. He went into the earth to Sheol was like, “Where you at? You thought you thought I came to hunt the wolves. Give me those keys back now.” And then he goes, “Watch this. Watch my power and authority I can exert. I’ll take my own life back up again. and I win forever more. This led to the demonstration of the power and the authority and the majesty of Christ Jesus over all things. It says, “By his death, he broke the power of him who holds the power of death, that is the devil. By his death, he broke his power over death. By his death, he broke his power over the curse of sin. By his death, and by his taking up his own life again, he gave you a hope that will never ever disappoint.”

John 10:18 says, “No one takes my life from me, but I have authority to take it up again.” He literally identifies himself to the Apostle John and the revelation of the culmination of all human history as the victor because of the resurrection. Fear not, Revelation 1:18. I am the first. I am the last. I am the living one. You didn’t kill me. I died and behold I am alive forever more and I have the keys of death in Hades. How’s that for   a warrior king Jesus? That’s the power of the resurrection. And all this led to the reoccupation at the right hand of the father. Hebrews 10:12 says, “But when this priest had offered for all time one sacrifice for sins, he sat down at the right hand of the father. And since that time, he waits for all these enemies to be made his footstool.”  The eager anticipation of restoration, all of it. And because of this, because of this, because of where the cross led, it didn’t stop at the cross. It went somewhere.

Because of this, that is why Philippians 2:6-11 says that Christ Jesus, who being in very nature, God did not consider equality with God something to be used to his own advantage.  Rather, he made himself as nothing. By taking the very nature of a servant, being made in human likeness, and being found in the appearance of a man, he humbled himself, becoming obedient to death, even death on a cross.

Therefore, this is the therefore. This is why Jesus said, “This is the reason why my father loves me. Because I lay down my life for my sheep. I came to hunt the wolves and then I take it back up again.” He goes, “This is why. Therefore, because I was obedient to death on the cross, because of where the cross led, that’s why God exalted him to the highest place and gave him a name that is above every name, that at the name of Jesus, every knee should bow in heaven and on earth and under the earth. And every tongue    acknowledged that Jesus Christ is Lord to the glory of God the Father. It was all about glorification. It’s always been about glorification.

He says this is the why we have been given an assurance of his soon returning in all of his victorious, glorified, supreme state because the stone was rolled back. Revelations 5 9-10 says, “And they sang a new song.” What kind of song? New song. We always make that distinction. Is it a different song? No. That’s a brand new one. No one’s ever heard the melody before. And they sang a new song saying, “You are worthy to take the scroll and to open its seals.”

Because you were slain, crucifixion, with your blood, you purchased for God persons, reconciliation from every tribe and language of people and nation.  You have made them “to be a kingdom, a priest to serve our God, and they will reign on earth forever.” Restoration. He’s saying the same thing over and over and over again, which is therefore the assurance because Christ is going to be glorified that you too will be as well.

1 Corinthians 15, I won’t read it all. It goes into great detail. He says, ‘I tell you, don’t you know, flesh and blood can’t inherit the kingdom of heaven. It can’t. So that’s why that’s why you will be transformed and glorified in a glorified body the same way Christ was. So you where he is you can be with him also. Says the dead will be raised imperishable. Then then shall the saying come to pass the saying that is written where you at death – I’m paraphrasing…this is the message translation- Where you at bro? Where’s your sting bro? Where are you at, death? You’ve lost your sting. You’ve been swallowed up, man. Then the saying will come to pass. When we are glorified in these glorified bodies and raised from death and life, that’s when that saying is spoken. The saying:- Death, Hades, where you at? You lost. I won. I came to hunt the wolves and it is finished. The victory is secure.

That’s why again going back to Philippians 3, “We eagerly await our Lord and Savior who will transform our bodies to a glorious state like his. So where he is, we can be also”. Remember Colossians 3 1-3. “Since then you have been raised with Christ.” I don’t get that. So it’s like already it is but not yet. You have been. Yes. I don’t understand. I just by faith I go, “Praise God, it’s done.” Like that’s all. Like, it’s so done. It’s done.  Done. I don’t know what that means. “Since then, you have been raised with Christ. Set your hearts on things above where Christ is seated at the right hand of God. Set your minds on things above, not on earthly things. For you died and your life is now hidden with Christ in God. When Christ who is your life appears, then you also will appear with him in glory.” That’s the power of  the resurrection, the glorification.

Remember 1 Peter 5:4. And when the chief shepherd appears, you will receive the crown of glory that will never fade away. Powerful. It’s so powerful. This is our blessed hope. This is what we have been waiting patiently for. As Romans 8 says, “But we ourselves who have the first fruits of the spirit grown inwardly as we wait eagerly for our adoption to sonship, the redemption of our bodies, the glorification, because of the resurrection.” Do you guys groan inwardly? Or are you just like: Jesus is like life 2.0, a little self-help thing, right? It’s life plus. Sprinkle a little Jesus on there and I can feel a lot better about my crummy self?

Or do you groan like all of creation? It says, groaning inwardly, longing for the sons of glory to be revealed, longing, waiting in eager anticipation for adoption or sonship, for the redemption of these broken bodies, for the destruction of all the powers of darkness, for the ashes under the soles of your feet to be and glory where he is also. Does your heart burn inwardly waiting in eager anticipation of this? Do you speed his coming or is it all about you and what  you can get in this life? We must know the power of the resurrection. It is the centrality of everything, everything.

We have been guaranteed with the first fruits because Christ Jesus was the firstborn even among the dead. So that  all things he would have supremacy. He says that he did this to give us his spirit as a deposit guaranteeing what is going to come next for you. See you. You can throw off the fear. He can throw off the anxiety. He can throw off the anxieties about your failing bodies and about the nearness of death. He can throw off your anxieties about the world and the things of the world and about the global elite and the mass nations of men of Allah. You can throw it all off because he says, “I’ve given you a deposit of my spirit guaranteeing you what is to come. It is an irrevocable covenantal guarantee. Do you know what it is? It’s your glorification because of his resurrection.” That’s what it is.

This is the big why. This is the power and purpose of your faith. Not just the forgiveness of sins: the restoration to eternal life. So much more. This is the power and peace that equips you to endure all of this life. Remember second Timothy 2 8-12. Remember Jesus Christ raised from the dead, descended from David. He goes on to say, “I can endure everything for the sake of elect that they too may obtain salvation that is in Christ Jesus with  eternal glory.” Here is a trustworthy saying. If we died with him, we’re going to live with him. If we endure with him, we’re going to reign with him. He goes, “Don’t you remember?” He’s saying, “Don’t you remember the resurrection?” Romans 8:16-18, he says, “Don’t you remember the resurrection?” Now, if indeed we’re children of God, then that means we’re   heirs. We’re coheirs with Christ. if indeed we share with this suffering because    don’t don’t you remember you’re also going to share with him in glory.” He’s   like: this is why you can endure. This is why you can take the hits. This is why you can ‘suck it up buttercup’ and get off of yourself. You can because the Resurrection. Don’t you remember 2 Corinthians 1 says the same thing. This    happened. He says that I might not rely on myself but on God who raises the dead.

That’s right. I was shipwrecked. I was pushed beyond my ability to endure. I felt the sentence of death on my very life. Oh, but that’s right. All these pressures came in my life so that I might not rely on myself, but I would learn to rely on God who is the resurrection who raises the dead. He goes, “On him I’ve set my hope. He has delivered. He will deliver. He will continue deliver. I have put my hope in this because it is guaranteed, and it is certain. First Peter says the same thing. 1 Peter 4:13, rejoice in as much as you participate in the sufferings of Christ so that you can be overjoyed when the glory is revealed because he is risen. Beloved, that’s why all of it, that’s why you can endure all of it. That’s why you can navigate all of it. That’s why you can be upheld through all of it. That’s why you can be radiant. That’s why you can be overjoyed.

I have no clue what that means. I have a struggle just reaching normal joy. I don’t know what it is to be overjoyed. But he says you can be overjoyed. Because he is risen. Don’t you remember? Don’t you  remember? Don’t you remember? What in the Why do you got your panties  in a bunch? Can I say that? Too late. Why do you have your panties in a bunch? He’s risen, right? He is risen indeed. This is the power of Christ in you, the hope of glory. Right? That’s right, man. Yes. First Peter 5:10. And the God of all grace, how much grace? All I don’t know. I think he’s tapped out. I think he’s got a reserve and I’ve withdrawn too much grace, so he’s probably done with me. No. Is that what it says? Okay. and the God of all grace who called you to his eternal glory in Christ Jesus after you have suffered a little while himself restore you and make you strong and firm and steadfast to him be power forever and ever. Amen. Amen.

What then should we say about all these things? Is Romans 8 like dude let me think about let me think. Okay, now what should I say about all these things? If God is for us, who in the world’s going to stand against us? Who’s going to bring a condemnation against you? No one. Who is it that’s going to judge you? No one. Who is it that’s going to stand in your way? No one. I am convinced of this because the tomb is empty. I am convinced that neither light nor dark nor angel nor demon nor whatever anything in all creation can separate me from the love of God that is in Christ Jesus. The tomb is empty. The linens are folded. Beloved, I mean, what in the world do you say to this revelation?

That’s why it grieves my heart to watch my beloved brothers and sisters eke their way through life. It just shouldn’t be. So, I get despondency. I get discouragement. I get being put back on your heels. I get falling flat on your face but not to the point of being crushed. Don’t you know? Don’t you remember? Don’t you remember? When he appears, we’ll be like him also. Yes, man. May your heart’s cry be this.

Philippians 3:10. And if it’s not, may it be this. Start praying through it daily, hourly, if you must, until your heart sings out with full confidence. I want to know Christ. Yes. To know the power of the resurrection. I got to know it, God. I got I don’t know it. I don’t understand it. I don’t know the depths of your love, which is why I’m so fearful. I don’t know the power of the resurrection. I want to know it, God. I believe it. I just can’t really comprehend it. Oh God, I want to know Christ and to know the power of his resurrection and the participation in his sufferings, becoming like him in death and so somehow attaining to the resurrection from the dead. That’s what I want to know in this life. I don’t need to know God’s every detailed plan for my life. Believe me, I would love to ask my wife. She hears it every night. What is God doing? What am I doing here? What am I supposed to be doing? What? She’s like, she’s my muse. Talks me off a ledge every day.

Rather than having these wanderings and musings and wanderings of my carnality, I want my spirit to cry.

I want to, I got to know Christ in the powers of resurrection.

I got to know what it means to be unified within suffering and somehow to die so that I may also know the power of the resurrection from the dead. I got to know this because when we do and even only a handful of his people dead, let the powers of hell be put on notice. Let them be put on notice. When a people who know their God and they know the sufficiency of the empty tomb and the power of the resurrection go forth in the strength of God and do daring feats of valor. Amen. Amen. This is the power and the purpose of your testimony. It is the reason, the only reason   why we gather. We don’t gather for self-help. Do I give you guys self-help sermons? I mean, I kind of do. It’s like die to self so then you can live, right? That is self-help. Just die. I tell you guys, just die. Just kill yourselves.

Mortify it, crucify it, put it to death.

This is not about self-help. It’s not about self-improvement. It’s not about self-soothing, but a bold witness to the resurrection. That is what you have been called to in Christ Jesus. Cry out that you would know it and know the power of it so that you can testify to it. Acts 4:32 through 34 says this. All the believers were one in heart and mind. No one claimed that any of their possessions were their own, but they shared everything they had. With great power, the apostles continued to testify to the resurrection of the Lord Jesus Christ. That’s why the church began. That’s why you and I are seated here today and we’re learning about the majesty of the completed work of Jesus Christ is because they got it and they preached the power of the resurrection. And then the next generation preached the power of the resurrection. Then the next generation preached the power of the resurrection and it kept going.

Come hell or high water, the gates of hell cannot prevail against it until the apostasy and church age comes about. Until they say they’re wealthy and in need of nothing. Until they give heed to the doctrines of demons. Till the way of truth comes into disrepute. To the love of pleasure trumps the love of God. Till lovers of self trump everything. Till they’re always learning, never able to come to an understanding the truth. The truth is a person in the deity of Jesus Christ, the way and the resurrection. He is the resurrection. He is the life.

So if the way of truth is coming in disrepute, it’s because you don’t know the resurrection. You don’t know it. And so the great apostasy, the great falling away, the great infiltration, the great amassing of the powers of darkness, who seemingly think they’re going to win this go around. They won’t. God always has a ram in the bush. He’s always got a remnant and a ram in a bush. And I assure you that those who know their God and the power of the resurrection, who do not love their life so much as they’re afraid to lose it, will overcome it all. The wolves lose because the wolves have already lost. Everybody tracking?

Stop crying out in despair. Lord, lead me to the cross. That’s where you come into the faith. Everybody, if you’re in the faith, stop. You went through the cross. Your sins are forgiven. They’ve been removed as far as the east is from the west. I don’t know how far that is. It’s a long ways. Just infinitely in opposite directions. Though your sins were as crimson, he’s made him white as snow. He doesn’t treat you according to your iniquities or reward you according to your deeds done in the flesh. Your sinful flesh, right? You’re done. You’ve already, if you’re in the faith, then you quit crying out in despair. Lead me to the cross. Lead me to the cross. Lead me to the cross. He already did. That’s why you even know his name and his name is on your lips. Look up. There is nobody on it. Look over. There is nobody in the tomb.

Crying out.

Rather, you ought to cry out, to long for, to know the power of the resurrection and to be unified with Christ and suffering unto death, so that you’d also be unified with him in the resurrection. What if that was your heart’s cry instead? God, my sins have been dealt with. Praise be to you, God. Worthy is the lamb. Worthy is the lamb. Show me and teach me the power of the resurrection in my life. The power and purpose of Christ.

Colossians 3:23 says, “Whatever you do, work with all of your heart as working for the Lord, not for human masters, since you know, since you know definitively that you will receive an inheritance from the Lord as a reward, the resurrection, the glorification. Since you know this, that’s why you can do this. This is the power and purpose of Christ. This is the power and purpose for you, for your radiancy, for your hope, for your resolve, for your more than conquering, overcoming, victorious, abundant life that everything is trying to keep you from understanding. Everybody tracking? Everything about the powers of darkness and your own stupid carnality is trying to keep you from understanding the power of the resurrection and the soon coming glorification. That’s what separated everybody in the days of old. The Sadducees, you know what distinguished them? They denied the resurrection. That’s what separated the Sadducees from the Pharisees.

The hatred of the Sanhedrin and most of the Pharisees was because they were talking about the resurrection. Those who reject the gospel is because they can’t fathom the resurrection. The reason for transhumanism and a new-agers and nirvana and what’s the thing where you reincarnation and all these things is because they hate that you have to go through Christ for the resurrection. They want to apart from Christ. The divisions, the confusion, the infighting within the church is centered upon the humanistic manipulation of the resurrection.

The rapture debate, sorry for anybody that offends you, I love you all the same, is a reductionism and a massaging and a manipulation of the power of the resurrection. It completely reduces the resurrection. So there isn’t a resurrection. Wait, so those who are alive are taken up for wait. It says no, the dead who are the dead in Christ at the sound of the last trumpet, shout of the archangel. Then those are ra and then and then these guys who are dead, they’re resurrected to rule and reign with Christ for a thousand years. then everybody else. It’s the resurrection is the singular greatest fate event in history, not the rapture. This is the reductionism of the gospel because it’s a reductionism of the power and the majesty and the sufficiency of the rolled away stone in the empty tomb and the reoccupied seat. This is a big deal, beloved. If you get it wrong, it’s powerless. It’s powerless. The resurrection is the centrality of all of human history and all the word and all   the gospel because it’s about the glorification of the father through the son and the father glorifying the son that we might be also glorified with him the resurrection.

Everybody understands the reason why so many of us live powerless slavery to fear bondage infused testimony corrupted lives as a lack of belief and understanding truly in the power and the purpose and the hope of the resurrection. That’s why we’re chewed up and spit out because we don’t get it. We think it’s like I got a little got a little fire insurance now. I guess that’s I’m just this broken, weak, messy person. I’m just whatever. I’ll just be happy to get through life. Take another hit. Take another hit. Take another. He’s like, you don’t know what’s coming. The resurrection is coming. The glorification is coming. And this powerless living would be put to death instantly if we knew and understood the depths of what happened on that day. John 11:25-26. Jesus said to her as he says to us all, “I am the resurrection and the life. He who believes in me will live even if he dies. And everyone who lives and believes in me will never die.” Do you believe this? That’s the last statement he said. I just told you what’s going    down. But then he gives the follow-on question. Do you believe this? Do you believe this? Does your life and testimony reflect this certainty?

Are you still weeping at the foot of the empty cross, still mourning in the upper room, unwilling to believe the good news that he is risen? They’re sitting there just weeping. They’re like, “The dude’s outside. They saw him. They came running back. He’s risen. He’s risen. I don’t believe Let me put my finger in your wounds, Jesus. I don’t believe it. I don’t believe it. That’s so many of us. He says, “I am the resurrection and life. Do you believe it? I brought you good news. I’ve shown it. Do you believe it? I’m sitting on the shore cooking you fish in my resurrected, glorified body. And you still won’t walk out from the power of a knowing of the fact that he is risen and all of your hope and   all of your future glory and all of eternity is certain and secure. But the question is, do you believe it? Pray into this, hunger and thirst for this.

Eagerly anticipate this. Tenaciously expect, boldly live out from the majesty of the supremacy of Christ Jesus because he is risen indeed. Closing verse. I’ll leave you with this foundational power of your faith and your hope and your assurance of your victorious testimony. The power for you who do choose truly to believe that Jesus Christ is resurrection and the life. Ephesians 1 11-23. Well, I’m starting in verse 15. I’m cheating. “For this reason, ever since I heard about your faith in the Lord Jesus and your love for all God’s people, I’ve not stopped giving thanks for you, remembering you in my prayers. I keep asking God, I ask this for you. I pray that you ask this for me. I keep asking that the God of our Lord Jesus Christ, the glorious father may give you a spirit of wisdom and revelation so that you may know him better. I pray that the eyes of your heart may be enlightened in order that you may know the hope to which you were called.” I’m praying this for you. You pray it for me.

‘The riches of the glorious inheritance for his holy people.’ This is what I’m praying for you, because from it is the wellspring of everything else in your entire reality. You have to know the hope of the glory of the inheritance that is coming for you in Christ Jesus to know the hope which he has called you; the riches of his glorious inheritance for his holy people and his incomparably great power for us who he who believe, because that power is the same. Did you hear that? Yes, what’s the power similar, like the same as that power? It’s the same “as the mighty strength he exerted when he raised Christ from the dead and seated him at the right hand in the heavenly realms, far above all rulers and authority and power and dominion and every name that is invoked, not only in this present age but also in the one to come”.

“And God placed all things under his feet, and appointed him head over everything for the church, which is the body, the fullness of him who fills everything in every way”. Bless the Lord, oh my soul.

I pray, oh God, that we would know the power of the resurrection, this glorious inheritance that’s coming for us. Amen. Because it is the same power, the same power he has for us right now, is the same power that he used not only to exert over Christ Jesus to raise him from the dead and to seat him in the right heavenly realms, but he said then to put him over all rulers, all authority, all powers in every age, both now and forever more. Amen and amen and amen. Beloved, live out from the power of the resurrection. We must live out from the power of the resurrection in this life. That’s the wrap.

I don’t know how long you guys have been in ministry. My wife and I my family and I have been in ministry for full-time for 10 years now and it was like, for the first time first time in 10 years, to see a remnant rising because their only focus was magnifying the Lord.

Not stuff, not knowledge, not spiritual warfare, not their own dramas and traumas and woundings and all this stuff, like they actually were there to know their God and to bless their Lord. And was it was cool man, and I’m like “Oh there is a remnant rising; it’s just not what we thought it was going to be. It looks totally different than what all the narcissistic, NAR, emotionally predatory puppeteers in the pulpits have told you it looks like for Revival”.

Quote unquote: “Revival or a Remnant?” I’m like: “The real remnant is small but mighty.” And their fixation is the glory of the Lord alone. They give little to no regard for themselves, it’s like, anything that they themselves need or desire takes a way lower back seat compared to just blessing the Lord and glorifying the Lord and magnifying the Lord and exalting him above all. They don’t care, they literally don’t love their own lives so much as they’re afraid to lose it.

They’re not lovers of self, they’re not lovers of pleasure more than God they’re not boastful, they’re not arrogant, they’re not treacherous, they’re not rash, that means emotionally reactionary, they’re not easily offendable, they don’t seek their own way, they authentically love one another, they are lovers of good, they actually get the heart of God, and guess what: they’re all messy.

We’re all messy, but they’re pure, and that’s the distinction. Messiness does not mean perfectionism. Messy; you can be messy as all, get out, grind the flesh and the spirit, just clashing in cosmic battle every day in you; and yet be totally pure in heart. To be like, dude man, I just hate my flesh, I hate the very clothing stained by sin, I do what I don’t want to do, I don’t do what I want to do, oh I’m such a wretch and it’s like I want to love better, I want freedom from these addictions, I want to love my spouse better, I want to throw off the things of the world and and all the dissipations and anxieties of this life, but I like a dog I keep returning to my vomit.

Oh, and I’m “Praise God bro, dude, I’ll lock shields with you any day man, and like we’ll assault through the gates of hell, because that’s pure in heart, and that’s meekness, and that’s humility. Like you go, “I have pride, or I have arrogancy, or I have selfish ambitions, or I have fears, or I have anxieties, or I cling to my childhood woundings, I want my identity to be in my husband, I want my identity to be in my wife, I’m all about money all the time, and I don’t trust God at all…” — and it’s like: “Did you just confess? Praise God, because if you confess he’s faithful and just to heal you, and cleanse you of all unrighteousness, let’s lock shields brother sister! Pure; the blessed are the pure in heart, we will see God, oh and the meek will inherit the land but all the arrogant and the evildoers will be cut off from it.

They will not see the day of the Lord when he comes…

There’s no doubt the reality of the lateness of the hour, but the thing with with the Middle Eastern stuff going on right now is because of the the corruption and perversion by political Zionists to create Christian Zionists.

It has led to a perverseness of heart and impurity of heart. Going back to purity an impurity of heart, and perspective that most people fail to realize, and so actually what we have currently is the vast majority of the people of God championing the things that are completely antagonistic and anathema to God. And they actually are unwittingly at enmity with the holy God… because of the infiltration of different aspects of of the way of truth coming into disrepute, and people not being willing to tolerate sound doctrine.

Again these are all attributes of the spirit of the age of the church and so this Christian Zionism mixed with political Zionism is at open enmity with biblical Zionism. Biblical Zionism is a completely different component of the reality of what’s going on right now. So we’re watching the masses cheering for these uh US-led, you know CIA Mossad based attacks on Iran -Persia – which I know several Persians in intimate relationships. With several Persians, one of which currently still lives in Tehran and they are a beautiful radiant God-fearing Christ-loving people. Way more than Americans are by the way, way more than American Christians are.

The Iranian church is beautifully radiant for Christ Jesus. I mean you got to go back to Darius and Cyrus and all these other guys. Like the Persians and Israelis have actually been intrinsically linked for a very long time, they’ve always had a high affinity for one another for a very long time, until the US/ CIA overthrew the Shah and erected  a theocratic Ayatollah to rule and reign over Iran and completely eviscerate the the goodness that was happening in the Persian Empire.

By the way Persians are not Arabs… don’t ever call a Persian an Arab at all, whatsoever, I mean that’s like calling a Puerto Rican a Mexican! Good luck with that! I have a Mexican wife and I’ve been around a lot of Puerto Ricans and you don’t make the mistake of calling a Puerto Rican a Mexican. Just like you don’t make the mistake of calling a Persian and Arab, they’re not even remotely the same people group. And in fact the Persians right now are desperate, the vast majority, the majority, the vast majority, to throw off the theocratic rule of the Ayatollas and all that comes with that. With the highlevel Shia Islamic perspectives, through the Ayatollas over Iran, and they actually want to be a free people. Democratic in nature and they want the removal of that theocracy that’s oppressing their people. It’s hyperinflated their economy, the youth have no jobs, they’re desperate, they’re riding in the streets 24/7. They have all these weird crazy criminal courts, that are like a secret police within Iran, just snatching up people all the time for speaking out against it. And Iran has the fastest growing Christian segment on the face of the earth right now.

So to watch these Christian Zionists that have this weird blood lust for all things, you know, Star of David related, hatred against all these other peoples is disgusting and is completely devoid of the gospel and the heart of the Lord… because they’re they’re biting the narrative of a lot these different mega ministries within the US that make a very overt perversion of the scripture. Like: “bless those who bless you and I’ll curse those who curse you”, that use that one single sentence of scripture to say you should back Bibi Netanyahu and the Knesset, and the Pharisees and the Sanhedrin, and the rebuilding of the third temple, and the sacrificing of the red heifers and then the obliteration of all the Palestinians in Gaza, and up in Lebanon and now into Iran and Yemen and Oman and elsewhere.

They’re championing this as if they’re honoring God – it’s insane – it’s insane to watch the Christian Zionists being so under-educated by the word of the Lord, and the spirit of the Lord; to actually know the heart of the Lord and even know the scriptures with regards to Israel at the end of the age.

And what happens, by the way, Israel and the US has not, will not and will never get, a pyrrhic victory over Iran. I’ll make that unequivocally clear, they win for a time… did everybody hear that, they unequivocally win for a time. This is the time of Jacob’s trouble, where God is going to do something in this day and this generation against Israel, and both the United States, for a purpose and a reason.

Because he’s good, and he’s wise, and he’s loving, and he’s merciful, and he’s gracious, and he’s perfectly just, and he is going to turn the hearts of the Jewish people, a very small sect … an incredibly small minority of the Jewish people … are going to look on him who they’ve pierced, and their heart of stone is going to turn into a heart of flesh, and it’s going to beat for Jesus the Messiah for the first time ever in their lives.

But in order for that to happen these very nations that are being listed by name right now, in real time, and the different geostrategic and militaristic and even economic alliances that are being made right now, in real time, are absolutely going to come against Israel.

And they are absolutely going to lay waste Israel right up to Jerusalem and into Jerusalem. And then God shows up and demonstrates his power and majesty on behalf of his covenanted people because they are a covenanted people.

So again even the replacement theology guys, dude, you’re so wrong, like the church has replaced Israel? No, we haven’t replaced Israel. It’s to the Jew first and then the Gentile. Like there’s just there’s such a hyper emotionally predatory thing going on right now with the Christian truther movement, and the Christian Zionism, and then the anti-semitism and everything else, where nobody knows up from down and left from right.

Which is why it’s so easy for the adepts and the global elite and the powers of darkness to manipulate the body of Christ to actually become enemies of God unwittingly. Because they don’t they don’t know the gospel, they don’t know the word, they don’t know God’s word for the Jews, they don’t know God’s words and design for the church, and they don’t know how the two come together and are in unity for this.

And they don’t actually know the scriptures with regards to the second coming of Jesus Christ and everything that must occur, so they are actually undergirding the very processes that are leading to the great deception and the most wholesale wholesale persecution both Jews and the body of Christ that the world has ever seen. And they’re cheering for it, and they’re posting posts and they’re doing the whatever and they’re sharing the video videos about this awesome pyrrhic victory. They don’t even understand the military tactics that Iran’s employing right now.

By the way, the war with Iran hasn’t even started, that’s what nobody wants to talk about. Like it hasn’t even started. This has been optics, all the little fun flashy lights crossing each other in the air, and the little poofs of smoke with the with the different, you know, anti-ballistic missile shields, and then the giant 30,000lb bombs being dropped from B2s on these different refinement sites, these are optics-based things. Nothing really is happening, it is, but it isn’t. This is optics to get to the big show, because the bottom line is that, for one thing, when you’re dealing with Iran you have to understand it theologically. They have their theology, and Shia Islam with regards to the Immadi, and the 12th Imam in particular, and kind of the apocalyptic conflration that it is on them, to initiate to bring about their Messiah.

The Jewish nation has their theological perspective of what needs to occur to bring about their Messiah. Because they reject Jesus, so their Messiah is the Antichrist, that they’re trying to pave the way for. The Immadi is the Antichrist that the Persians and the rest of both Sunni and Shia Islam are trying to bring about, and then you have the Christian preterist and amillennialist that already believe we’re in the millennial reign of Christ, and they are paving the way for the antichrist by championing these things. So, unwittingly, all the three major .. well and then don’t even get me into Mitra- and Shintoism and all these other things in their perspectives .. but the big three Abramic religions are actually unwittingly fermenting and terraforming the whole face of the earth for the arrival of the Antichrist.

The Antichrist, that they are all going to marvel after, because they don’t know the word, and they actually haven’t submitted themselves to the true and better Christ. By the way, Shia Muslims believe that when the Immadi returns and reveals himself that Jesus, Isa, will be with him. So they believe in Jesus, just not the Jesus that we believe in. The Jews categorically reject Jesus and hate him with every ounce of their being. And then the preterists actually hate Jesus with every ounce of their being because they don’t want the truth, and Jesus is the way the truth and the life. And they don’t want Jesus, they want they want an earthly kingdom, that they can have dominion over by the strength of their will, and by the strength of their emotion, and by the strength of their desire; devoid of the justice and judgment of Jesus Christ.

So actually none of them want Jesus, but are they want a version of them that is reduced into their image, so they can be like God, and their perspective on these things. I digress.

So this Iranian Israeli thing is bigger than what most people know and understand. There’s different, actually, militaristic strategies that are being employed, that, and I don’t say this with any hubris, but if if you haven’t been in the military in in combat roles you  would miss it. You would miss what they’re doing and why they’re doing it. You don’t know the the different layers of, you know signals, intelligence that’s occurring and being gathered. And the human intelligence aspect of it, and then the and the different space-based intelligence that they’re gathering, and all the metadata that they’re piecing together, and then the movement of logistics and troops and the ‘subtrauge’ and the psychological warfare; and all these different asymmetric warfare, hybrid-warfare overlays of tactics that are going on in real time.

Which is why Trump can’t stay off of his phone because it’s tactical, it’s strategic, every tweet, every little text, every little jab, every little fake of infighting between him and Netanyahu, or between him and Musk, or between him or whatever, this is all military strategim 101.

If you had the eyes to see it, it would never overcome you with what’s going on, because the real underlying thing he always makes mention of, the real end goal, which is the golden age; and the which he just speaks about again. So there’s multiple layers of psychological operations that are being employed against us and the West, more so than any other nation on the face of the earth, because we are so fickle that they must do these constant moves and counter moves, – not to deceive the Arabs or the Russians or the Chinese or the Persians- but to deceive the western centric ideologies of Great Britain and the United States. And, obviously, their European counterparts, so that’s the depth of what’s going on right now with Iran and Israel.

And we can go any manner of directions with that.

[interviewer…] “You know you know better than anyone, you served with honor in the Marine Corps in Iraq, you’ve been over there to the Middle East on your own. Just read the book Omega Dynamics. And I think the audience, a lot of them don’t understand why the Muslims hate us so much. What is your read on that?”

Well you know it’s the Muslim nature, you got to go back to Abraham and this is where it gets into. Your sin has far-reaching consequences that you can’t comprehend. So again, there’s always the gospel’s embedded in everything. But Abraham’s [sin] when he baulked on waiting on the Lord for the promise to be fulfilled, and and what seemed logical, and but was very presumptuous of him. What I already said earlier about “keep back your servant from the sin of presumption, let it not have dominion over me”, which tells me that to be presumptuous is a dominion-based spiritual wickedness. A type of spirit that takes over a person is to be presumptuous, because it can take dominion over you; but when Abraham took Hagar and birthed Ishmail, that is Islam, that is the line of Islam. Born out of sin, born out of a lack of trust and so to this day my brothers and sisters are dying fighting Muslims because of Abraham’s choice.

I’m not knocking Abraham, that but this it’s a lesson for our obedience to God. My dad was just talking about this yesterday. He’s here by the way, visiting from Iowa, but he said obedience to God has far-reaching ripple effects that we could never understand or comprehend in the heavenly realms and in the hearts of people. So does sin. Our sin choices have far-reaching ripple effects that we could never comprehend, and we have no clue how far reaching they are.

So the Ishmaelites, from which you know, the Islamic stream of Mohamad based stuff has been born out of, goes all the way back to Abraham. So that enmmity, you know, like, whether you have Jacob or Esau or Ishmael and Isaac, and blah blah blah, you have this duality of the comeptition of brothers listed all throughout scriptures. Joseph and his brothers and and Cain and Abel and Jacob and Esau and Ishmael, If you notice, it’s the same thing all the way through and in fact one of the number one aspects of the scriptures. Even up into the New Testament, with the laments of the apostles in the epistles – is the false brethren, that duality of false brethren, and all that actually goes back to even the sons of God.

The loyal sons of God versus the third who were disloyal sons of God, and that constant enmity between these two factions. He, Christ, says you’re of your father the devil, so that means you have a particular patriarchal parentage, genetic phenotypic expression from your father the devi;l or you are adopted in Christ Jesus by the completed work of Christ. You now have a new father a new family a new name and you’re a new creation by the blood of Christ, with a whole new DNA, and you’re of your father the Lord God Almighty, the ancient of days the holy one of Israel.

So it’s only ever a battle of parentage, so when we look at the conflict between what’s going on and the constant incessant war with the descendants of Muhammad, and all that has been born out of that, it is a bigger cosmic eternal perspective and biblical perspective that we have to look at. That’s why the Prince of Persia is a big deal, like you, we can’t look at Iran as a entity that has oil and has Ayatollahas and has a whatever and does a whatever, and look at it from, like, these political eyes only. If we’re trying to look at it from a Israeli -Iranian, or like a neighborhood spat, a neighborhood battle, over there in the Middle East, you’re going to miss it.

It has nothing to do with that. It is so gnarly that that prince of Persia, that ruling principality over that region, is mentioned almost more than any other specifically named principality in all of scripture. I mean the ferocity of that principality is such that it took, is it Gabriel (I always mix it up, Gabriel I think, it’s Gabriel the archangel), 21 days to contend and fight against him just to bring Daniel a message. That’s how significantly strong the principality of Persia, the prince of Persia actually, is.

So then when you look, when you think about it from that more of a (um I don’t know,  just a, I was going to cosmic, but I don’t want to I don’t want people to get the wrong idea, but just that) bigger eternal perspective, the biblical perspective, of the war that’s raging. It is not about nations, and that’s why this political Zionism garbage has got to stop. I’m all about Zionism, I’m all about biblical Zionism, because my King Jesus and the savior of my soul; when I was dead in my trespasses who imbued to me his righteousness and he took my sin upon himself; he is going to rule and reign from Mount Zion!

I am all about Zionism I’m all about Christocentric biblical Zionism, not the Zionism that has been taught by the synagogue of Satan, who says they are Jews but are not, so there’s huge distinctions that the body of Christ better start making really quick otherwise they’re going to get sucked up in the emotionalism of what’s going on. And they’re going to end up being offensive to the Lord, so we don’t want to offend the Lord, we want to walk very circumspectly and humbly with our God all the way to the end.

[Interviewer] Amen Amen.So that’s where you think we need to go right? I mean you, because people are, like, where do we go with all this?

Dude, you go to Christ Jesus, like you lift the hem of his garment. You sleep at his feet, the your true and better Boaz, your kingsman redeemer. That he actually is. You run, you hide, you dwel,l you abide, I mean, all the, all the, all the remnant language based Christian truther people love quoting Psalm 91 as if it’s a magic wand that they can wave around all the time. But their heart is so far from the Lord and they don’t even abide by all the context with which all of Psalm 91 is rightly appropriated. To you, he who dwells “he who dwells in”, if you dwell in, because he loves me, because he whatever.

Like the Lord gives you the qualifiers for all those awesome beautiful words of hope and protection, and sustenance and steadfastness and endurance and God’s loving kindness in our lives.

There is actually conditional context for Psalm 91 to be applied to his people.

And that is to dwell in him, to seek i’m think of like all the if then proverbs one if you search for me as as fine silver and and if you cry out and if you cry loud and if you do this and if you confess your sins he’s and if then if then if then if let perseverance finish his work then you will be mature and complete lacking nothing.

Like there’s actually all these unique qualifiers to being radiant in Christ, and there actually are unique qualifiers to testifying that your heart is actually regenerate in Christ. And I think Mike, and this might offend a lot of people, but praise God, it’s so merciful to really wrestle it out, but I think that 97% of Christian truthers are not in the faith. I think 97% of people that use the word remnant all the time are not in the faith. I really do, and I know that you and I have talked. I’ve talked with a lot of pastors a lot of ministers a lot of people in ministry a lot of people that are just just very very in tune to the heart of the Lord, and they know his word they’re in high intimate relationships with lots of of professing Christians all across the world, and every single person I’ve talked to intimately has said the same exact thing.

So few actually know the Lord or want him for who he is. They just want his hand, they want knowledge, they want information, they want a dopamine release, they want haughtiness, they want self-righteousness, they want all kinds of different things, they want to not go to hell. But they don’t want him for who he is, and so all this stuff is active in real time, actually sifting and exposing and refining men’s hearts in ways that we don’t even understand. Because the Lord, the Lord does give very definitive conditions. I thought his love was unconditional. Yes his love is unconditional, it’s free to everybody, but there are qualifiers that give testimony to both everything seen and unseen, that your heart is actually regenerate in Christ Jesus, because nobody can encounter the resurrected savior and remain the same. You go from Saul to Paul and you go from coward Peter to the rock of the church. Peter, like you can’t encounter the resurrected savior and stay the same, you just can’t.

So a lot of it is wordsmithing within the Christian truther movement and it has a high form and type and shadow and semblance of godliness, but it’s devoid of power, because the power of it, the power of it is: ‘Christ in you, the hope of glory’, the power of it is like a hatred of the clothing stained by sin, the power of it is a heart that longs for him and him alone, that runs that hides that dwells that abides that eats that drinks that hungers and thirsts, and that does all these things.

Like, look at the beatitudes and look at this: it is the wisdom of the world versus the wisdom from heaven above, and what love is versus what love is not, and the spirit the deeds of the flesh versus the spirit of living God. Like, all these very definitive, distinguishing aspects that give testimony to a heart that is regenerate in Christ Jesus. Did I say anything about perfectionism? I said nothing about sinless perfectionism. I just said it gives testimony that your heart wants the Lord, like that he would literally wash his feet with your hair and tears because you can’t believe your sin, and you can’t believe his love, and when you look at your sin and you’re made aware of his love, you just, you can’t do anything and be like “How could I do anything but want to love you with my whole heart and take my whole life God?”

Like the whole tithe comes into the storehouse of the Lord. Nothing was strained from the Lord because I can’t believe that when I was dead in my trespasses and I was your enemy God, and I was so far from you, and I had no hope and I was an object of your wrath; that you came near to me, that you first loved me to call me son, to call me daughter, to call me friend, to call me adopted, and you said that I’m an heir and a co-heir, and I’m going to rule and reign with you, just as you overcame and sit at right hand Father.

So too, I’m going to get to do that, and you said you’re going to let me recline at the table, and you’re going to come and serve me. Oh God, take my whole life.

But no, what most people do is listen to my lofty speech about all the latest greatest intel, and how amazingly smart I am, and I’m Torah observant, and I’m flat earth, and I’m this and I’m that, and I’m King James only, and I speak in tongues, and I do spiritual warfare, and deliverance ministry, and I do this, and I do, and they have this high form of godliness. But they’ve totally denied the power of it, the power is quiet confidence, and obedience, and humility, and meekness, and the exaltation of Christ Jesus. That’s the power of the gospel; not all these other vain things that people pursue.

So I don’t know where I was going with all that but it’s relevant.

[Interviewer] Well you know, Jamie, it is praise God that you came. You know that, that you’re saying the truth, you know. And I’ll tell you guys there is something that I’m going to warn you about. That if you ask Jamie, if you come to Jamie and I and say this; you’re going to get a mouthful if you say “Jamie, Mike, will you pray for me. I put a application in for a car loan and I need God’s help to get that car loan.” No you just like missed the whole point. You took the wrong turn off with that. Don’t do that, you know, that just shows us you don’t understand, you know. So please think about that.

Yeah that and that’s that distinction, Mike, between seeking his hand and seeking his face, you know, and I talk about this a lot in our church body and elsewhere too. About the Lord’s faithfulness and his perfection of holy righteous justice to satisfy the desire of your heart. So the bottom line for the majority of people that play the Christian game – and that’s in the Christian truther movement. I’m not talking about seeker friendly church, not talking about the Joel Osteins of the world, I’m talking about just what the spirit of the age is. It is that they actually don’t want him, they just want what he can do for them, and that’s the high distinction that we got to be made.

And so the Lord is faithful to those, to the many, the many will say, not some, many will say, many will betray, many will depart, many will abandon, many, many who are claimants of Christ being Lord in their life, many are going to do these things, and the reason why is because all along they never actually wanted him for who he was. They only wanted him for what he could give them, or they could uh, it would exalt, or it would bump up their social status, it would make them look better than the next guy, it would be a little way of comparing themselves to the next guy, it would make them feel super special. It would, you know. They could use God as a genie in the bottle, or however they’re looking at him, but they actually don’t want him for who he is.

They actually don’t want his presence in their lives, his presence offends them. That’s ‘the way of truth coming into disrepute’, that is:  ‘they will not tolerate sound doctrine’, that is: ‘they will devote themselves they will be devoted to the doctrines of demons’, they will give themselves wholly over to these things rather than God. They love pleasure more than God and whatever is pleasurable is unique to each person, what’s pleasurable to one person may not be the same thing for the next guy, so whatever it is, maybe it’s slothfulness, maybe it’s laziness, maybe it’s workoholism, maybe it’s porn, maybe it’s lust, maybe it’s pride, maybe it’s arrogancy, maybe it’s victimization, maybe it’s woe is me – feeling sorry for themselves, maybe it’s money, maybe it’s passive manipulation, maybe it’s narcissism.

I don’t know what it is, maybe it’s leisure, maybe it’s fitness, you pick it. Maybe it’s trying to let everybody know how spiritually superior you are because you’re so pious, and that is very pleasurable to you, so whatever it is it says they will be lovers of pleasure rather than God.

Their sense of self will always trump God and he sees what’s in their hearts all along, and he says there’s nothing hidden that will not be disclosed. Nothing, nothing whatever, that will not be concealed. Right. That some men in sins go before them, some men sins come after him, all is going to be revealed at the coming son of man, Christ Jesus. On the foundation that every man builds he can build with stick, hay and straw, gold, silver, precious stones but at the coming of the son of man each man’s building material is going to be tested with fire.

He is good to satisfy the desires of your heart and also to expose the desires of your heart. Now, that can swing to the negative for the many, it will, but also to others it can swing to the positive. You may feel so chewed up and worn out and weary and spit out and beat down and trodden and despondent and afflicted in every way and you spent decades just clinging to the Lord, and you feel like everything’s just a hot mess, and you haven’t been able to come up for air for 20-30 year, but you know what? The Lord’s revealed in that all along the way that actually your only desire is for him, you just cling to him, and you run to him, and you cling to his word, and you cling to his promises, and you keep hoping, to hope deferred makes the heart sick and your heart is sick for the hopes deferred.

But you’ve never boo-ed, you’ve never shook your face to him, you’ve never cut and run, you’ve never said “God you’re not good, you don’t have my best interest in mind.” See he’s faithful and just to reveal the desires of your heart. What he’s revealing is, no matter what comes your way, Job’s of this life, that your only desire is to honor the Lord no matter what comes your way.

To the others he’ll expose you never wanted him, you never wanted him for who he was. You only wanted him for how you could manipulate him for your own carnal means, and all of it is happening in real time right now, Mike.

[Interviewer] Wow, it is it’s unfolding before our eyes, there’s no doubt about that. Jamie you saw, based on what you said to me and I know it happens. Miracles happen out at the summit that you just completed. Could any of those miracles have happened with people just watching us on YouTube?

Nope, absolutely not, and again that goes back to what you’re saying, what we’ve been talking about, Mike, is that exposure of the hearts of men. Don’t, don’t think of all that Christ could have  mentioned regarding his second coming and all that precedes it. And yet, and his apostles who knew and heard from him intimately very. Who knows the details? He’s like, there’s literally not enough room to write down all the things that Christ said and did during his earthly ministry. And of all of them, the apostles, recall one above all: ‘You must understand this, the spirit of the Christians’, that’s said three different times, ‘above all you must understand this’, that was top tier in their brain, and also was: ‘Do not forsake the gathering of the saints and encouraging one another, even more so as you see the day of the Lord approaching’.

Why did, why did the Holy Spirit prompt the apostle to write that? Because he knew we would, because he knew we would be lovers of self and lovers of pleasure more than God, he knew that we would go “Well I just sit around and watch YouTube and no, all churches, they’re so corrupted and all pastors are wolves and sheep’s clothing and all blah blah blah.” It’s like “No they’re not, no they’re not, the bottom line is you’re lazy you’re slothful and you’re self-righteous.”

That’s what the conclusion is: like, let’s deal with it honestly so we can get freedom from it. Let’s deal with it honestly, you’re slothful, you’re lazy and you’re self-righteous. What if you went to church and instead of complaining about it you sought to be the church to the people there. What if you instead of demanding that a pastor meet every one of your emotional whims, and your personal opinions totally devoid of the scripture – but it’s your pet preference of opinions- What if you went in there and said “Whose feet can I wash who needs to be blessed in the Lord today. God how can I honor you with whatever person comes, Lord, how can I contend and pray and undergird this pastor so that they’re a mighty man of valor in this generation.

What if that was the posture that you went to church in? Could you imagine how powerful the body of Christ would be? It’s almost like the Holy Spirit knew that. Again, one of the exposures of men and women’s hearts at the end of the age would be their abject love of self, to reject the basics of the gospel.

“…and they devoted themselves to one another, to reading the word, to singing psalms and hymns and the reciting of scriptures..”.They were devoted to each other because they knew it blessed God’s heart. They pursued one another because they knew that it blessed the Lord. They loved one another because they knew it was the last thing that Christ prayed about before he went to Gethsemane in John 17: “I pray Father that as you and I have loved one another that they too would love each other”. The last thing he’s thinking of, and then you go: “No everybody’s everybody’s apostate except for me, cuz I sit at home and watch YouTube videos, right?” Like it’s insane, it’s insane, and so, no we don’t. that there’s

I always go back, because this is the perfect depiction of where we’re at right now in our generation, is this, the accounting of Gideon and Judges 7 8:9 and the accounting of Gideon is: “the Lord said to Gideon: You will not have to choose from among the people Gideon, I will choose fruit for you”. And the Lord himself is the one who sifted the people, and he sifted according to the purity of their heart, and the desires of their heart. Does everybody remember that he said “If any one of you is fearful and faint-hearted? Ooh anxieties and dissipations of this life; “Get off the battlefield.” “If anyone of you is concerned about the wife of your youth, so you’re so you’re double-minded, you’re more worried about: well I want to do this, and this, and this, in my life and build my career and blah blah blah. My wife wants to build her career and I want to build my career and then we want to put the kids in in daycare, so then we can both build our careers. Because we really want to put it on our (cv’s), but we want to do it to honor the Lord, to be good stewards.

Yeah right, he goes: “Get off the battlefield”, right. So then he goes “If any one of you is double-minded, get off the battlefield, if one any one of you is is is uh uh over considering these things, get off the battlefield.” And by the end of it all remember the Lord said, “You won’t have to choose Gideon I’ll choose.” I I know what’s in men’s hearts. I will use all manifold of different things to expose hearts, not because I’m a hard taskmaster, because in mercy I want them to be able to have the time and the space to come into repentance. Because they missed it, and I love them, and I’m filled with compassion, I’m slow to anger, I’m abounding in unfailing love that’s why God exposes men’s hearts not to harm them, but for their welfare for their good while they still have a chance right?

And when it’s all said and done, we boil it all down to the 300 and guess what the reward was of the 300 who were so jealous and zealous to honor the Lord to bless the Lord? They were jealous for his glory they were jealous and zealous for his name so much, so that they pulled the water to their mouth because they were looking out, eyes fixed out, at wherever the enemy might be coming from, that would try to mar, steal, kill or destroy God’s glory, that they pulled the water to their mouth.

God goes: “Those ones, those ones, those are the ones.” And guess what the reward was, Mike, they got to watch God work. That’s what happens when we show up in purity of heart. We get to watch God work. We get to watch him do what only he can do. Like in the days of Jehoshaphat, or in the days of Gideon, or the days of Jonathan, with his armor bearing going up against the Philistines, or the days of of David running headlong out, you know, to battle Goliath and see God; he was like: ”Who is this guy to find my God like dude are you insane you guys? Are all standing there letting this dude mock my God? You must be out of your freaking minds, like, dude, I’m going to cut your head off today. Bro, you will not mock my God.

And he got to watch God work, he got to watch God rout his enemies. The little boy who showed up with the fish and the loaves, he got to watch. Christ Jesus, God in the flesh, supernaturally multiplied what he came forward with. Because he showed up and blessed all the peoples, so that their ears could be open to hear what Christ was preaching about, his kingdom and about his father and about forgiveness of sins, because they showed up, because they showed up in purity of heart.

Their reward is they get to watch God work.

Another Jamie Walden Sermon… The War of Spirits... (June 2025)

 

War of Spirits.

Anybody notice a couple things going on this week? They say it’s the greatest conflagration in the history of Israel, ever, that’s going on right now, the war is going to happen against the Prince of Persia and the Persians. Quit playing this political garbage that’s being thrust out there. We belong to a king and a kingdom; the real spiritual warfare that’s occurring in real time is not spiritual warfare but rather a war of spirits.

Today we’re going to be talking about something uh a little bit discombobulated but it’ll pull together in the end I assure you or not whatever maybe it’s just vain babblings of me as usual but um today I want to talk about the war of spirits the fact that time is running out quick update anybody notice a couple things going on this week, a little bit you think, there’s something going on …. remember when the Lord loosed me to share that word a while ago about the red horse riding and war coming, remember two weeks ago when I said the Holy Spirit just prompted me again: it’s here! Remember two weeks ago I said the Holy Spirit I’m going to (I said it off camera, sorry on online church body) and I said it’s here it’s going to happen, and the Holy Spirit just prompted me, it’s here, the war, is going to happen. They say it’s the greatest conflagration of Israel in the history of Israel ever that’s going on right now against the Prince of Persia and the Persians, by the way pray for the Persians as well too, you have many brothers and sisters in Persia, just like you do in Gaza, just like you do in Lebanon, just like you do in Saudi Arabia, just like you do in China. Quit playing this political garbage that’s being thrust out there…we belong to a king in a kingdom right? You ought to be monarchists, not constitutional republicists or whatever you guys want to be, we’re monarchist, we follow king in a kingdom right that’s what we do there are things happening right now that we can’t even conceive of China said “If the US gets involved we are going to bomb Israel.” China is going to bomb Israel Pakistan said “Is the US gets involved we have our nukes on standby.” that was released last night Russia said that Chechnya in general said call up 1 million troops because of what’s going on in Iran we are going to converge against the US and Israel for what’s happening in Iran because it’s our ally. Have you ever heard about Gog and Magog, have you heard the nations that are listed in there that are in alliance to then come against Israel? Have you heard the scriptures about the Jerusalem. Israeli centric nature of everything of the end of the age and here it is, and yet the music plays on we just rearranged the deck chairs on the Titanic. It’s happening beloved it’s happening if you haven’t noticed the US riots going on, if you’re not familiar with different people’s prophetic words and visions which I do put stock in, because the Lord always does nothing unless he reveals it to his servants or prophets first. Multiple men for 40 plus years have said the same exact thing when an internal revolution that is fomented by the communist. Who are the liberals, who are the democrats and they’re all being paid by the CCP by the way if you haven’t followed the money trail already there’s all kinds of internet sleuth out there fomented by the communists creating disruption inside the United States of America then Russia and China with a an allegiance of other countries including Iran are going to come against the United States of America. You think these riots are organic… yeah right… nothing about it is organic. You think there’s a reason why they brought all these armaments to DC, you think it’s for a parade it’s staging of assets you think there’s a reason why they’re pushing Marines and National Guard and soldiers out to all the major urban centers? It’s not happening in a vacuum.

Ladies and gents, things are changing right now and by the way I’d be remiss if I didn’t touch on this that none of that pales in comparison to what’s coming with the Earth changes. So I just want to put that out there major mega mega things; I’m a super nerd and follow space weather all the time and astronomy and all the different things going on because I know biblically that that’s what everything will be fixated on. Every single aspect is about the heavens and what the heavens are doing is in the sun and the moon and the stars and the hailstones and the fire and the blah blah blah and the celestial alignments and a great mount of fire cast down from the sea and a third of the grass and a third of the trees and a third of fish and a third of the ships and it’s all celestial astro catastrophism and I follow all these scientists secular because I don’t want a disturbed bent or bias to insert a biblical narrative I follow secular earth science astronomically based sciences and space weather stuff oh my goodness you can’t even conceive of what is coming in the very near future all the earthquakes that are already happening everywhere five volcanoes started erupting last week alone underwater sea vents are breaking open the pole has wandered in ways that they have to change the headings on the runways for aircraft there’s a reason why aircraft are dropping out of the sky this isn’t a failure of an oversight because of greedy corporations maybe some it’s because they’re literally being hit with radiation from solar storms that are literally dropping them out of the sky power grid went out in Spain power grid went out in Puerto Rico power grid went It was all from what’s happening on the sun this week alone five oil refineries around the world spontaneously combust all the scientific community said it was because of the effects of solar radiation from CME off the sun things that you can’t even fathom.

 

Okay everybody aware what’s going on? You guys up to speed?  Moving on, all that to say is that lawlessness is abounding and a war of spirits has commenced and battle lines are now being  well defined in every aspect of our reality. We all too often in our Christian lexicon reference spiritual warfare which is a reality and it is true and it is present right have I ever talked against spiritual warfare no but I speak about authentic spiritual warfare there’s absolutely a need to know how to cross swords with the enemy the enemies of God and of the hearts and minds of men we absolutely need to know how to conduct spiritual warfare here in this hostile territory and the land of the living as ambassadors of a kingdom that cannot be shaken as good warriors of Christ Jesus as more than conquerors are those dawned with the very literal armor of God that’s not Saul’s armor that didn’t fit David but the literal armor of God Christ Jesus himself clothed in it with weapons of warfare infused with divine power with selfless sacrifice and love for others to the laying down of our lives with like the Marine Corps rifle squad mission set to locate close with and destroy the enemy by fire and maneuver repel the enemy’s assault by fire and close combat if you didn’t know that that’s our mission statement as Marine Corps riflemen same in the church we must know and understand this.

 

However this is where I’m going to pivot. However like all other aspects of modern Christiandom this aspect of our calling and election, to engage in the good fight of the faith, has been reduced and maligned just like everything else. Authentic spiritual warfare by and large has been hijacked by the emotionally predatory puppeteers in the pulpits, to place every minor of hyper-emotional manipulation on the body of Christ, to give people a counterfeit sense of power a counterfeit sense of authority and a counterfeit sense of might. You know what that is that’s called? A craft. Have we heard  that word in any other form what kind of craft is everybody practicing witchcraft it is a craft for certain to manipulate power for a sense of self the new age the occultism the whatever has infiltrated the church and you have all these charismatics running around trying to assert dominance of power by the strength of their will and not in step with the Holy Spirit they are controlled manipulated and operating out from a holy different spirit not the spirit of living God it’s counterfeit because their warfare is only ever conducted via lofty speech and highlevel pontifications and humanistic strength of will to just name it and claim it and declare it and own it and blab it and grab it and every other fun way that you can describe what’s going on in the church right now but what we don’t understand is that the real spiritual warfare that’s occurring in real time is not spiritual warfare but rather a war of

spirits a war of spirits one of two can only occupy the space of your heart only one of two spirits can be on the throne of your heart it’s not about spiritual warfare it’s about which spirit you’re operating out from in the land of living to make manifest the glory of God in every way on a side note because I’d be remiss if I didn’t do this the idea of spiritual warfare is actually being used in such an  unimaginable way of deceitfulness now, to keep people from ever doing business with a holy God who loves them.

 

So now what does everybody say whenever something bad goes in their life or some hiccup comes or some woe happens or some mistake occurs in their interpersonal reality they say the devil made me do it i need to bind that up and cut that off in the name of Jesus i rebuke that in the name of Jesus i blow in the name of Jesus i said nice try bro. You chose it, the devil didn’t make you do it. You chose to do it dude that’s your flesh and instead of dealing with it honestly before a holy God and confessing and repenting and being restored and being being whole and well you dismiss it you malign it you put on everything else rather than taking personal uh responsibility actually your flesh wanted to do that oh that person’s just acting in a Jezebel spirit i bind it up in the name of Jesus Christ i’m like actually they’re selfish and you’re selfish and what causes quarreling fighting among you is because you want and you don’t receive it you don’t receive it you don’t ask you don’t ask.

Because you have the wrong motives oh wherever there’s selfish ambition or envy though you have disorder in every evil practice quit blaming the devil you chose it right.

 

Okay side note. that was a side note, cuz I hear it all the time. Well I just need to pray through and just bind it up in the name of Jesus. i’m like; No, you need to expose your heart before a holy God, is what you need to do, you need to own it and take responsibility for it and walk with the Lord very circumspectly and he’ll restore you and cleanse you of all unrighteousness. that’s what we ought to be doing.

 

We must advance in real time because time is running out and quit misappropriating the reality of what’s going on when it says lawlessness will abound it means lawlessness in all things everybody tracking lawlessness a removal of law we don’t even have the laws of biology anymore girls are boys and boys are girls and innies are outies and outies are inies and light is dark and and dark as light and good is evil and evil is good and bitter is sweet and sweet is bitter there’s no rule of law the church says we’ll define what love is we don’t care what God’s rule of law says what love is we’ll define the roles in a marriage women rise up and rule over your man genesis 3 curse and we call it good we have no rule of law in the church we have no rule of law by the spirit of the living God checking us in our lives and keeping us in a right blameless walk with the Lord so that you can be confident at the coming of the son of man lawlessness is abounding it’s not the right quit looking at the writers in LA quit looking at the reprobates mutilating their bodies and then running around with their shirts off quit looking at the immorality of this world it’s always been that way.

 

Yes, it’s highly exacerbated right now, but you need to look inside at truly where lawlessness and the spirit of the age and the spirit of antichrist seeks to take residence. It’s not out there it’s in here it is a war of spirits in our lives not spiritual warfare everybody tracking we have a total misconception of it.

The spirit of living God has privileged and afforded and entrusted you in Christ Jesus his spirit or outside of Jesus a wholly different spirit this is highlevel warfare that must be understood to overcome all that is in the world right now.

This is the mechanism of warfare that is right now in real time sifting and separating and dividing and extinguishing, (and all other fun verbs) and unfortunately its a battle that many most of us are losing. We’re losing the battle we don’t even, we’re not even aware of it, because guess why; there is a spirit of the age and it is diametrically opposed to the spirit of the living God.

 

There are only two choices, two spirits to choose from and the door is closing quickly on which you have definitively chosen. One will take residence within you only one of two,there’s no consolation prize or tertiary choice to be made, one of two. Christ will run your life,or spirits will ruin your life.

 

Christ Jesus, the living God or the antichrist. Everything in place of Christ, the spirit of the living God, or the spirit of the age; which is of Satan himself or the antichrist. One of two, there’s no area of gray, shade of gray in the kingdom of God.

 

There’s only one shade of glory, he will not be mocked and here’s the unique aspect of God’s immutable wisdom and love. i can’t even understand, you get to choose. You get to choose what’s on the throne of your heart and which spirit you want to walk by, and are called compulsed by. Every decision or indecision is a public multi-dimensional testimony of whose battle lines you’ve decided to be. You cannot have any fleeting notion of some Switzerlandish neutrality; good luck, it doesn’t work out till the Nazis invade Polan! It seems like you can just be neutral, hey you know, hey that’s enough, hey I just kind of go along to get along… yeah right… the battle lines are being drawn!

 

There’s only two belligerents in this cosmic warfare; the holy God the ancient days, the holy one of Israel; and Lucifer and all the rebel hordes that are with them. The people are being sifted to one side or the other in this warfare. All the while they’re completely unaware and they are being sifted by the spirit that they choose to operate in. Wholly, solely singularly. That’s how they’re being sifted and they don’t even know it’s happening.

 

The spirit of antichrist now 1 Timothy 4 1-2 now the spirit the spirit the holy spirit expressly states that in latter times some will depart from the faith by devoting themselves to deceitful spirits they’ll reject this one and then devote themselves to this one

 

Anti-, is in place of, against the spirit of Christ. All out war of the spirits and the teachings of demons through the insincerity of liars whose consciousness are seared. The spirit of antichrist will only ever teach, only ever lead, only ever produce a fruit in a person, only ever set up a spirit and a posture that is in place of the one true Christ; and convince you that it is good.  The Holy Spirit has expressly stated this. He’s like: “You got to know this. You got to understand this, I am expressly stating this one simple thing you must know and understand this. Listen, in the latter times many many many many will depart from the faith and devote themselves to this.”

Think about what it means to be devoted to something. Do you want to know what the synonyms of devotion are, because you know I like synonyms, to be devoted to something means to have high affection, unbridled adoration, total allegiance, dedication, fidelity and faithfulness, love, reverence, zeal, intense passion and worship: to a wholly different spirit than Christ! They will devote themselves to this! These are the Christians, by the way, that wasn’t written to the unbelieving world, that was written to the church!

This is what you must understand what the spirit of Antichrist is. The birds that eat the seeds along the path of Jesus’s parable in Mark 4, the spirit of Antichrist, deceives away from a sincere and pure devotion to Christ that you once held to. It bewitches you, who so easily bewitched, you foolish Galatians. Dude you started with the spirit now you’re going to end with the flesh. Good luck bro, let me know how that works out why are you doing that? If somebody preaches any other gospel than what we gave you you put up with it with it easily enough? Oh my goodness, what are you doing, and the same thing’s happening right now in real time. It is the God of this age who blinds the minds of unbelievers in 2 Corinthians, he, the spirit of Antichrist is a father of all lies (In John 8). The spirit of Antichrist is a great dragon who leads the whole world astray, in Revelations 12.

 

It preys upon unstable people with power plays and emotional manipulations to draw followers after itself rather than pointing them to Jesus: 2 Peter 3. It distracts you from authentic truth and replaces it with a lie: 2 Timothy 4 2

 

Thessalonians 2, Romans 1: it gives a false witness, a false testimony, it undermines, it stirs up strife, it seeks to poison innocence and purity, it gives faulty sense of security, it convinces that comfort is a blessing and that favor and convenience is from the Lord! It declares peace and security and hyper grace without ever acknowledging culpability or the fear of the Lord.

 

It uses affluence to corrupt the heart and then it will use poverty to corrupt the heart. It uses lofty speech and finally constructed arguments of theology, and doctrines of demons by the way, to misrepresent the heart of the follower but justify all along the way. It takes the weak and weary sinner, who is amazed that they were once blind and now they can see, and then it puts a yoke of bondage back on them. I hate it. I hate it.

 

i hate what is going on out there in Christendom. I hate he break roots movement, I hate the Torah observance, I hate these things. I hate what NAR is doing to the church, Ii hate what the Southern Baptist Convention is doing and the gospel coalition and they put a yoke of slavery, a yoke of slavery, a yoke of the Christian truther movement. I don’t care who they are: king James only, speaking in tongues, only twirling jerus only uncontrollable laughter, only gifts of the spirit, and they put this yoke of slavery on the people of God. And they lead them, lead them astray, from a sincere and pure devotion to Christ Jesus.

 

i fear that just as Eve was deceived in the garden you too have been led astray from sincere and pure devotion to Christ Jesus. The Antichrist spirit seeks to rally others around their cause to lead a corrupt crusade to make open war against the holy God and all the while they say they’re doing it in the name of God. It loves factions, it loves tribalism, it demands conformity to the majority. Have you seen our culture? It demands allegiance to pet emotional preferences and commands that you abide by it as if

it’s objective truth… this is my opinion, and my preference over interpretation, if you go against it I’m gonna burn your house down.

 

The Spirit of Antichrist; guess what it’s all over up in this place, it’s all over up in the body of Christ, it’s all up in here it’s all up in here Its ridiculous and chief among postures, all things Antichrist is pride and arrogance, and chief among pride and arrogance is a self-righteousness a self-justification. A self-exaltation and a religious haugthiness and an all-out love for all things self.

Second Thessalonians 2 makes very clear that two things must occur before Christ returns. Two things: number one the great falling away the apostasia. It says the man of lawlessness cannot be revealed until the apostasia occurs first, so who dictates when the man of lawlessness appears? Who determines that the church actually sets the timeline? It’s a hyper-generalization, but the church is the one that determines, terraforms the earth, to pave the way for the man, the embodiment of lawlessness, to come on the scene. It’s the church that’s lawless first. Do you know what apostasia means? I mean you do, because I say it all the time; an official revolt or defection from a religious dogma that you once held to be true.

 

So you were over here and now you devote yourselves to this over here. A defection or revolt that’s what it means number two the spirit of antichrist overcoming and possessing many who are in the church who are compromised backsliden, double-minded, in love with the flesh, in the world; those are the two things that have to occur: the great falling away and then the arrival of the man of lawlessness.

 

These must occur before Christ returns, so again there’s only two choices: the spirit of Christ or the spirit of Antichrist. And 97% of humanity, high statistic I know, take it to the Lord in prayer… If you think I’m being sensational, 97% of humanity and therefore 97% of per professing believers have made their choice to be led by an entirely different spirit than the spirit of living God.

 

You guys have heard me say that before after 10 years in ministry now I can say that 3%, 3% of professing believers actually have a regenerate heart in Christ Jesus.  And that shocks people to say that. And I’ve talked to other pastors; I said “Here what what’s it like in your church body and blah blah blah like and not in your church, just in your ministry you know. I’m not condemning anybody in here, but I’m saying the generalization of Christians is 3%.”

 

And they go “Man are you generous, you are super hyper gracious and generous to say 3% of professing Christians are in the faith. Every single pastor that I’ve talked to, and that’s all; not the majority of who I talked to are pastors and guys in ministry, they said I’d say 1%. 1% of the people leading the Bible studies, 1% of the people leading the home groups, 1% of pastors, 1% of ministry leaders, 1% of those serving in ministries, 1% of those in all the children’s ministries, 1% actually want God for who he is.

 

That’s how few there are, and so as this sifting and this dividing is happening in real time, the Lord is exposing what spirit you have chosen to allow to indwell your life and your heart. Antichrist the entity does not simply come on the scene and magically deceive the masses. Everybody understand that the masses, especially professing Christians, worship the antichrist because that is whose spirit they have already been nurturing in their hearts for years! The great deception does not occur in a vacuum.

 

It doesn’t occur in a vacuum, nothing occurs in a vacuum. Deception is the compounding culmination of manifold choices over and over and over again for self. That’s why you’re deceived, it’s a compounding compulsion of self.  All the little choices along the way: self, self, hey you want to self-preserve? Here you go, i’ll take it in a heartbeat. That’s how the deception comes about, not in a vacuum. It is happening in real time, they’re grateful in a way. The devotions of demons, the devotion to an entirely different savior and Messiah and God, is happening in real time. In all reality, when you think about what hell is, hell is the manifestation of what you’ve always wanted, nothing but self So you’re in a place that does not want God, that has made yourself to be God, and you’re surrounded by every other human in history and all the history and the rebel hordes of heaven that rebelled against God, who only ever chose self, and then you throw them all in one place together, and now it’s every single man for himself ripping and clawing and gnashing their teeth and fighting and warring and burning and bloodletting and doing and clawing and whatever they can, because every single person is only ever fighting for self; that’s what hell is.

 

Because that’s what you always wanted, and the Lord has promised to satisfy the desires of your heart. You want self? Have it. You want a king? Israel, have it, you don’t want me, have  it, you don’t  want my spirit, ikabod you don’t like whatever? So he is faithful and just, he’s so faithful and just to satisfy the desires of your heart, that’s what hell is.

 

Wake up church, the mystery of iniquity is already at work, and it is dictated by the spirit that you choose to operate in your life. 1 John 2:18-19 says “Dear children this is the last hour and as you have heard that the antichrist is coming even now many antichrists have come, this is how we know that it is the last hour, by the spirit, by the spirit that you choose to allow to operate in your life. They went out from us but they did not really belong to us, for if they had belonged to us they would have remained with us, but their going out showed that they never really belonged to us.” 1 John 4,  but every spirit that does not acknowledge Jesus Christ as having lordship in their life

 

Not Christian’s lip service, people think this is like, yes, I believe in Jesus, that’s how we’ve reduced this Scripture. Yes I believe Jesus is the son of God. No, do you believe Jesus is Lord, lord in your life, that’s the fruit that will be made manifest in your life. Either he’s lord of your life or you’re not Christian. He needs ‘life service’ and it says “Whoever does not acknowledge that, is not from God, this is the spirit of Antichrist which you have heard is coming and even now is already in the world.”

 

Matthew 7:21-23: ‘not everyone who says to me “Lord Lord,” will enter the kingdom of heaven but only the one who does the will of my father who is in heaven”. Remember, I said, it’s all about glory lord, your glory Lord, is what my heart longs for. That it’s not about me, it’s about you God, I want to glorify you God. And he says on that day many will say to me Lord, Lord do we not prophesy in your name, cast out demons in your name, do mighty works in your name? Churchianity, we do a lot of things in the name of Jesus and yet he says I will declare to them I never knew you, depart from me you worker of iniquity. You used my name for a very long time and I had no clue who you were. Remember we talked about inheritance, heirs, sonship, adoption. Matthew 15:8-9 “This people honors me with their lips but their hearts are far from me, in vain do they worship me, teaching as doctrines the commandments of men.”

 

Ezekiel 33 says “They listen to me, they come near and they listen to my words, but they don’t put them into practice, their mouths speak of love but their hearts are filled with greed.

 

Amos 5, one of the most woeful verses that I think about consistently: God says “I hate, I hate, I despise your religious festivals, your assemblies are a stench to me even though you bring me burnt offerings and grain offerings. I will not accept them, though you bring choice fellowship offerings, I will have no regard for them, away with the noise of your songs. I will not listen to the music of your harps but let justice roll on like a river and righteousness like a neverfailing stream.

 

Given the extreme, eternally consequential nature of this war of the spirits, we must always be diligent to test our own hearts and our own motives and even in a right spirit of meekness and contrition and jealousy for God, the spirit of others, we ought to always ask friend or foe just like Joshua even in our own hearts.

 

The Holy Spirit will lead you and counsel you and guide you, and inform you, and dictate which spirit you chose to live in you. Friend or foe, are you for me or are you against me? Which one is, as Joshua asked, (I believe the christophony of Christ like we already covered in Joshua 5), what spirit are you and what spirit am I allowing to entertain within my own heart right now? Is it friend or is it foe, are you friend, are you foe, are you for the glory of God or for the glory and magnification of self? What is going on in there soul? oh soul you better magnify the Lord! oh soul you better wake up! oh soul you better declare his praises! oh soul you better not baulk under the pressure.

 

Are you friend or foe right now soul? Because I’m going to do business with you, because this is about the glory of my God. Oh and you brother, you sister, are you for us or against us, not us but for the glory of God? Are you friend or foe.  1 John 4:6 :”beloved do not believe every spirit but test the spirits to see whether they are from God”. Is the spirit from God, because everybody has one spirit on their heart. Holy  Spirit or a wholly different spirit. Holy Spirit or a wholly different spirit. Only two choices. Let me lay out for you in one sitting, all the attributes of the spirit of the actual entity of Antichrist, because maybe you haven’t heard them all in onesitting, and for brevity’s sake I’ll just pull out things, for instead of reading  all the scriptures; but believe me I have every single scripture here in front of me listed that references; talks about or addresses the entity Antichrist. At the end of the day so I’m going to read through these real quick and then I’m going to ask you a question.

 

1 Thessalonians 2 3 through 5 let no one deceive you in any way for that day will not come unless the rebellion comes first and the man of lawlessness is revealed the son of destruction who opposes and exalts himself exalts himself against every soul called so-called god or object of worship, so that he takes seat in the temple of god, he places himself in the throne of god… by the way what is your body now… oh that’s right the temple! You are literally the temple of god and the antichrist takes his seat in that temple and proclaims claims himself to be God. Don’t you remember when I was with you I told you all these things? the coming of the lawless one will be by the activity of Satan, it will be power and false signs and wonders so, oh a form of godliness, but denying the power thereof. It’s a counterfeit faulty power that looks righteous, that looks good, that looks benevolent, that looks like it’s seeking the glory and honor of God, but it’s not. It says they refuse to believe the truth they believe what is false, they’re given over to strong delusions.

The little horn, he has a mouth that speaks boastfully (daniel 8), he will reign with rebels and be completely wicked, he will be a master of intrigue, he will cause astounding devastation and succeed in whatever he does, he will sow discord, he will bear false witness about the true spirit and heart of Christ, he will deceive by the lust of the flesh of people. He’s a master manipulator of emotions to get worship upon self rather than God. He will destroy those who are mighty the holy people of God. He will cause deceit to prosper, he will consider himself superior in every way. He will do as he pleases, he will magnify and exalt himself above every god and will say unheard things of against the God of gods. This is all in Daniel 7, Daniel 8. In Daniel 11 he will honor the God of fortresses, that means self-reliance, that means his own strength, his own superiority, his own pride, his own his own arrogancy and his own conceit.

 

The God of fortresses, by the way it kind of sounds like our national leader right now, sorry about it side note. You think about it, just constantly magnify, self exalt, self magnify, self boast, arrogant boast, boast, boast, arrogancy, arrogancy, look at me, look at me, look at me, look at me, look how wonderful I am, God  unto myself, i am a god, listen to me, and look at me and I will. I will be a master of intrigue that double speaks all the while, and yet is only ever puffed up with a sense of self. I will sit enthroned upon my own heart. I digress. In the pride of your heart, speaking of Lucifer, he says I am God, i sit on the throne of God in the heart of the seas. Again 2 Thessalonians 2:4 “he will oppose and exalt himself over everything that is God and is to be worshiped so that he sets himself up as God in the temple of God proclaiming himself to be God.

 

Now what does 2 Timothy 3 and 4 say about the spirit of the end of the age? It reads exactly like every single detail about the spirit of Antichrist himself. It demands worship of self at all costs; revisit the scriptures so that you can intimately hear the spirit of the age, that the claimmants of Christ having lordship in their lives, will actually walk in. It is identical to the spirit of the enemy, antichrist himself.

2 Timothy 3: “ but mark this there will be terrible times in the last days for people will be lovers of self, they will magnify self, they will exalt self, they will be lovers of money, boastful, proud, abusive arrogant, ungrateful, unholy, without love, unforgiving, slanderous, without self-control, brutal, not lovers of good, treacherous, that means they’re always scheming and positioning for power and authority and validation, they will be rash, that means they’re hyper emotionally charged. They think it, they feel it, they act on it, they have no restraint by the spirit of living God, they are lovers of pleasure rather than God, they have the form of godliness but deny the power thereof. Have nothing to do with such people they’ll always be learning about God but they’ll never come to understand the truth. Why? Because they exalt and magnify self above all things and say “I will sit enthroned.”

 

Self will be enthroned on my heart and will dwell in the temple of God, it will always be about self. Identical to the manifold descriptions of Satan, the rebels, Lucifer and the Antichrist, why? Because you’re his genetic offspring, there’s only two parentage that you get; you’re sons of disobedience or you’re sons of God. You’re sons of wrath or your heirs of a promise. There’s only two parentages, just like there’s only two Christs. Christ the one true Christ Messiah or Antichrist. There’s only two spirits: the spirit living God and this there is no other choices that any human being in the history of humanity could ever make. There’s only two choices from Genesis to Revelation, we just don’t understand it and we think we can outmaneuver a holy God.

It’s just not true.

The world speaks with a very particular language listed all throughout scripture. We talked about it earlier like James 3 or second Peter 2. What is the wisdom of the world versus the wisdom of heaven above, what is the spirit of the age versus what is the spirit of God, How does authentic love manifest versus how disingenuous manifests, how does fruit born out those who abide and what fruit is produced versus those who don’t.

The sheep the goat, the wheat and the tares, the light the dark, the faithful virgins from the unfaithful virgins, all of it is constantly depicting the whole thing so that you can distinguish who is of the spirit of the living God versus who is of a completely wholly different spirit altogether. It says that people will be bold and arrogant and their idea of pleasure is to carouse in broad daylight, their blots and blemishes reign, and their pleasures, while they feast with you. They’re in the church, they’re in the church, the masses are in the church, the many that fall away.

How do you fall away unless you didn’t already have something. If you’re not in the faith  you can’t fall away. You can only fall away from something that you have and you don’t fall away from something to nothing. You fall away from something to something else, you fall from this to that, it’s very definitive and yet nobody wants to deal with it. Bold and arrogant, bold and arrogant, wait what are all the attributes of the Antichrist: arrogancy pride, hubris, conceit, love of self , magnification of self at all times. It says “With your eyes full of adultery they never stop sinning, they seduce the unstable, they are experts in greed and a cursed brood. They left the straight way they’ve wandered off, that means they were on the straight way and then they go “Nah I actually want to magnify self , more than God.”

They’ve gone the way of Balaam some of Basar, who loved the wages of wickedness. Here’s what it means to be arrogant: it’s the quality of being unpleasantly proud and behaving as if you are more important, or no, more than other people. It is an offensive display of superiority or self-importance or overbearing pride. That’s what it means to be arrogant. We’ve had people come and go out of this church en-masse, from the same spirit and posture, over and over and over again.

It is not the spirit of living God, it is a wholly different spirit, a wholly different spirit. Do you know what it means to be greedy? I’m going through these words in the scripture that talk about bold arrogance, greedy and lustful, that’s the spirit of those who are joining you at your feast, they are fellowshipping with you, but God says they’re blots and blemishes. To be greedy most people think it’s financial. It’s not that, it’s just one manifestation of it, to be greedy means to have an intense selfish and excessive desire for more of something than what is needed. It is to live a broken cistern life, that’s what it means, to be greedy.

I’s not about money, it’s about this insatiable selfish entitlement mentality for excessiveness of more. Do you know what it means to lust? You think it’s about sex? Our language has been so reduced, has nothing to do with sex. Sex is one fruit that can be produced from the root of lust, lust is an intense unbridled overmastering desire for pleasure of self. These are the literal definitions of these words and God says this is what you will see.

Christians will be overcome, are being overcome, by the spirit of Antichris,t by the spirit of Antichrist in real time. A great falling away, a great falling away, second Peter 3:3 says “Above all you must understand that in the last days scoffers will come, scoffing and following their own evil desires.” It says “Because of their desires that were within them because of the pleasure for desires they exploit the desires they manipulate your desires because your desires are all about self.” And it says “This is what you’re going to see.” and they’re going to follow it because they actually don’t want to walk by the Holy Spirit.

They want a wholly different spirit, “do not love the world or anything in the world, if anyone loves the world or the things of the world the love for the father is not in them”. I don’t know why this isn’t being preached everywhere, welcome to the faith. Here’s first John right, welcome to the faith, here’s the book of Romans, welcome to the faith, here’s Galatians, welcome to the faith. Here’s no welcome to the faith, ‘let me tell you how super duper special you are’ and ‘you never have anything to worry about now, you just got an upgrade to life life 2.0, everything’s going to be super easy and awesome for you’. ‘God’s all about your comfort and your convenience and your pet emotions and your ego’, welcome to the faith.

That’s what they tell you nowadays, don’t they. If Jesus does not have total lordship of your life then he is actually not your lord nor your king nor your savior you can self-righteous you can self-exalt you can self-esteem you can self-justify you can self it all away the only one that’s really on the throne of your heart is self and what does what was the original lie from the garden you can be like God same old lie same old lie your opinions and your emotions and your preference are dogmatic truth reject God self rules and reigns on your heart that is the spirit of antichrist that is the spirit of the age that is a wholly different spirit that’s infiltrating everything that is the spirit leading to the great deception that is not going to happen in a vacuum the antichrist the entity antichrist is going to satisfy everything you already wanted that you spent a lifetime seeking after which is a love of self and it’ll go here universal basic income here are life extension through technologies here we can upgrade your DNA with this here you can do this here peace and security here you can have a unity of religion and a unity of this and a unity of that and you won’t have to suffer and you don’t have to go to Gethsemane to get to the resurrection the glorification you can just come through self and then you can have it all you can have it all and you go done because that’s all I ever wanted in the first place but we can play a really good game for a really good time but as the Lord said there is nothing hidden that will not be disclosed there is nothing concealed that will not be made known the secret intents of men’s hearts will be laid bare for what you always wanted to operate on the throne of your heart spirit of antichrist or a spirit of Jesus Christ spirit of lust or a spirit of love a spirit of humility or a spirit of pride a spirit of meekness or a spirit of arrogancy a spirit of selfishness or a spirit of selflessness you get to choose church and I’m telling you do you not see what’s going on in real time you get to choose now like choose this day who you’re going to serve choose if the bales are God go serve them dude quit playing games go feed your flesh this is it this is all you’re going to get this is all you’re going to get go gang busters the bales are your god go serve them i’ll tell you what me and my house and no matter who’s left standing I am going to serve the Lord i don’t even get to say that over my kids they get to choose for themselves as for me and my heart as for me and my heart I choose to serve the Lord i don’t get to dictate my wife standing before a holy God i don’t get to dictate my children standing before Holy God i don’t get to take all y’all standing before a holy God as for me in my heart I choose to honor the Lord with my whole life and I pray that each one of us to the individual makes that same choice with the full knowing of the love and the glory that is yet to be revealed an eternal way to glory that’s going to far outweigh everything else i pray that we would make that choice it’s no longer I who lives but Christ who lives in me a wholly different spirit is in me not the spirit of the world not the spirit of the age not the spirit of antichrist in place of Christ i do not want self in place of Christ i want Christ alone in my heart i want the presence of God alone in my heart i want to live for the glory of God alone i don’t want to be glorified i want to glorify him i know what I was that’s a dead man walking every single one of you here was a dead man walking and maybe some of you still are but in Christ Jesus while you were his enemy he didn’t come near to you for your harm he came near to you to save your soul and wash you and cleanse you from all unrighteousness to call you son to call you daughter to call you heir to call you co-air and say “Here all of this is for you this is the inheritance of the saints the meek will inherit the earth and you’re going to inherit this and you’re going to inherit that and you’re going to inherit that and you’re going to rule and reign just as I overcame and sat down on the right hand of my father so too will you and when I read that final will in testament I will profess your name before my father and the heavenly host i’m going to read it out loud man why would you settle for anything less i’m so sick of the games the church is playing the world’s burning it’s literally prophetic fulfillment it is reeling it is staggering on its axial tilt the sun and the moon and stars are shifting and changing distress and perplexity of nations ethnos against ethnos kingdom against kingdom all the wars Psalm 83 and Ezekiel 38:39 blah blah blah and Revelation 18 getting ready to transpire and all the fulfillments of Deuteronomy 28 and the blessings and curses on nations that reject God all of it even transhumanism are you kidding me it’s all in play and yet we are still playing church entertaining and dabbling a wholly different spirit than the Holy Spirit everybody tracking with what I’m saying it can’t coexist anymore what fellowship is there between white and dark light and darkness or between bial and Christ or between lawlessness and righteousness there can be zero zero zero intermixing of the holy seed of the holy spirit that has been entrusted to you to take dwelling in you are we getting this or am I just yelling at you anyone who exalts self or puts self and selfish desires above the spirit of Jesus Christ and then somehow justifies it and magnifies it and says they’re doing it to honor God that is self in place of Christ that is antichrist that is the spirit of antichrist and you chose it plain and simple anyone who modifies reduces rejects alters perverts or twists the gospel in any way to fight their worldly carnal emotionally driven temporal desires for pleasure and greed and lust of flesh is antichrist church the door is closing the sifting and the separating and the distinguishing and the great decision is pounding on the door of your heart christ is literally there’s only one church age where he’s trying to get back into his own church there’s only one church age that has so thrust them out yet they have such faulty self-actualization they’re like “Dude we’re crushing it for Jesus look at our satellite campuses look at how fluent we are look at how many books I’ve written in my life look at like dude we’re we’realthy and in need of nothing.” And then he goes “You’re wretched you’re pitiful you’re poor you’re blind and you’re naked i’m going to spit you out of my mouth there’s only one church age where he’s pounding on the door of your hearts trying to get back in to take residence on the throne of your hearts cuz he said that is where my spirit will dwell and it is this church age right now in real time the question is have you are you as many times as it takes for your heart to cry out for the glory of God are you willing to open the door and let him in and it’s going to hurt and it’s going to be messy cuz you actually have to die you have to mortify you have to crucify you have to cut you have to prune and none of that is pleasant and you have to persevere and you have to endure and you have to suffer and you have to run your race well and you have to throw off this and throw off that and take off this and take off that and lay hold of that for which he took hold of you and you have to do all these things have nothing to do with the fruitless deeds of darkness rather work to expose them redeem the time though the days are evil and actually lay down your life for Christ so that others might live as well too and he goes “If you’re willing dude open the door i will come in and share a meal with you and I will reside in you and I will lead you and guide you and comfort you and give you counsel and strengthen you and make you strong unto the conduct of daring feats of valor back to the glory of my name that’s what I’ll do if you open the door and let me in that so few so few stop pointing at the repbates and the rioters and the overtly immoral god haters start looking and examining and testing every spirit including your own as to whether or not you want Christ to rule and reign in your heart stop it he can point at CERN he can point at the Glo or the Illuminati or the Freemasons or the whatever or the whatever or Bethl or Hill Song there’s all these easy targets that everybody loves to distract them with pointing at the easy targets yet David never lamented “Oh God expose all these other wicked evildoers.” He said “Oh God search my heart see if there’s any unclean thing in me and lead me in your way everlasting oh God oh God don’t take your Holy Spirit from me whatever you do I cannot operate without your spirit in my life every second of every day i must have your presence and I’ll have it at all cost.” Remember the kingdom of heaven was never meant for the ease of trifers oh the kingdom of heaven suffers violence but the violent will lay hold of it by force god I will settle for nothing less than all of you and you can have all of me sanctify me crucify me discipline me whatever it takes god you are it and my whole life I give to you this is the distinction that’s being made in real time in real time your heart beloved it is always a matter of the heart what have you set up in God’s temple exalt himself over everything that is called God or worship so as he sets himself up in God’s temple proclaiming himself to be God and yet all the while the professing Christians are doing the same thing stop looking towards Jerusalem waiting to see the Antichrist to physically take his seat in a rebuilt temple look down at your chest this should be the fixation of your eyes as to where you’re at with the Lord in every way you are his temple oh people of lust for the things of the world be warned you get chaos selfish ambition disorder anxiety poverty of mind fear hatred malice slander ignorance blindness anger rage arrogance conceit greed you get to be utterly unhinged and eventually you get death but all people of the living God who have a holy spirit and a holy different spirit like Caleb and follow the Lord wholeheartedly be overjoyed because wherever the spirit of the Lord is there is freedom freedom in all things there is security and there is peace and there is surpassing understanding and there’s discernment and there’s comforts and compassions without number without restraint there is endurance and steadfastness and honor and nobility and courage and selfless sacrifice and life eternal one spirit gets this the other spirit gets this in conclusion only those who have Jesus the Christ on the throne of their hearts and no other will overcome only there’s no middle ground there’s no dabbling there’s no double-minded there’s no again that Switzerland neutrality fleeting oceans of neutrality only those who walk by the spirit of the living God Jesus Christ and have allowed them free flow access to the throne of their heart will overcome the spirit brothers and sisters it’s all about the spirit but the question is always which spirit which spirit so when people say “Yeah I know God.” I go “Which God?” And God we trust is on the back of every one of your talisman i mean dollar bills do you know who made that great seal do you know what god he serves do you know what god he has given glory to have you ever asked and what god do they trust what god what spirit i always say say the name of Jesus Christ that will tell me exactly what god and what spirit you’re actually talking about say the name of Jesus Christ i’m tired of this nebulous reductionism of all things to the glory of God oh I believe in God oh God i’m spiritual i’m spiritual well I bet you’re spirit i actually know that you’re spiritual because there is a spirit in you i just want to know which one it is man which spirit lawlessness is abounding devotion to a wholly different spirit is sweeping the church like a wildfire the great apostasia is reaching ludicrous speed and truth is now in disrepute but oh man for those who are of a wholly wholly different spirit and follow the Lord wholeheartedly they will be strong enduring to the end making much of the king and the kingdom that they love and they will go forth and they will be strong and they will do daring feats of valor and they will overcome and they will conquer and they will magnify and they will glorify and they will exalt the King of Kings and the Lord of Lords because that’s who is on the throne of their heart an immediate instantaneous distinction is at work in real time now beloved but are we paying attention I’ll leave you with this this scripture but we ought always to thank God for you brothers and sister loved by the Lord because God chose you as a first fruits to be saved through the sanctifying work of the spirit through belief and truth man do I praise God for his people man do I praise God he hasn’t left us in our own power man do I praise God that my inheritance is in here it’s being kept in heaven for me where I can’t even jack it up spotless unspoiled unfading he’s keeping it from me because I can’t be trusted to like the prodigal son to to take it early on the land of living i praise God for you because he has touched you with the spirit and is sanctifying in you in real time i praise God for the radiant enduring powerful body of Christ that the gates of hell cannot prevail against i praise God for all of you who have chosen Lord take my life oh my God I take off my sandals i’m standing in holy ground what would you have your servant do this life is no longer mine it’s yours God i praise God for you that you’ve been saved through the sanctifying work of the spirit through belief and truth he called you to this through our gospel that you might share in the glory of our Lord Jesus Christ so then brothers and sisters stand firm things are happening quick stand firm and hold fast to these teachings that I passed on to you today hold fast to them and stand firm may our Lord Jesus Christ himself our God and our father who loved us and by his grace gave us eternal encouragement and a good hope encourage your hearts and strengthen you in every good deed and word do not harden your hearts by the deceitfulness of sin and do not harden your hearts as the Israelites did in the wilderness today if you hear his voice this day if you hear his voice turn towards your God who loves you do not be deceived there are only two choices for which spirit you have invited to sit on the throne of your heart don’t be deceived by anybody who tells you anything different the question is which one do you choose that’s a wrap
